Ten or more at $48 a head
Art Miami sells a group ticket at $48 per person for ten or more. The senior rate at 62 and the student rate from 12 to 18 also read $48. Ten group tickets cost $480. Ten one-day tickets at $71 cost $710, so the party saves $230.
The group ticket covers one public fair day and excludes the VIP preview. Tickets sell online only. The fair runs no box office onsite.
Six days, two pavilions
Art Miami and CONTEXT open at One Herald Plaza on NE 14th Street in Miami on 1 December. Art Miami runs 4 pm to 8 pm that day and CONTEXT runs 4 pm to 9:30 pm. From 2 to 5 December both fairs run 11 am to 7 pm. On 6 December both run 11 am to 6 pm.
Ten guests arriving at 4 pm on 1 December get four hours at Art Miami and five and a half hours at CONTEXT. The same party arriving at 11 am on 2 December gets eight hours.
The $48 rung buys one day. A party that wants two public days buys two sets, or the multi-day ticket at $184 per person. The $184 ticket also admits one day at Aqua Art Miami in Miami Beach from 3 to 6 December.
The guided tour costs $25 a guest
Art Nexus runs one-hour guided tours of the fair. The published rate is $25 per guest for a group of ten, or $250 for a private tour. Tours book through arttours@artnexus.com.
Ten guests at $25 come to $250. A party of ten pays $250 for the group slot and $250 for the private slot.
Four hotels in the fair's block
Turon Travel holds the official housing block under the code Art Miami|Context 2026. Four hotels publish a rate and a window.
Yve Hotel Miami publishes $169 for a Savvy King and $189 for a Savvy Double, 0.85 miles from the pavilion, for stays from 29 November to 9 December. The hotel holds a three-night minimum, charges 14 percent city tax and waives its $25 resort fee for the block.
Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay publishes $379 for a run-of-house room, 0.18 miles out, for stays from 28 November to 7 December. The hotel holds a one-night minimum, adds a $30 destination fee a night and charges 13 percent city tax.
JW Marriott Marquis publishes $499 for a Deluxe Room and Hotel Beaux Arts publishes $529 for a King Deluxe, both at 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way, 1.22 and 1.20 miles from the pavilion, for stays from 30 November to 6 December. Both add a $35 destination fee a night and charge 13 percent city tax.
Deposits split by hotel. Yve charges one night plus tax on 11 November and holds every night non-refundable from that date. JW Marriott Marquis and Hotel Beaux Arts make one night plus tax non-refundable on 18 November. Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay does the same on 20 November.
Parking, transit and the bag rule
The Omni Garage at 1645 Biscayne Boulevard holds 2,500-plus spaces at NE 15th Street beside the pavilion. Valet costs $30 on a first-come basis, with the entrance at Bayshore and NE 14th Street.
The Adrienne Arsht Metromover station sits one block away and the service is free. The Wynwood and Biscayne trolleys connect at that station and charge nothing. A free water taxi links both fairs to Miami Beach during Miami Art Week.
Large bags stay outside. The fair bars suitcases, folding bicycles, scooters and laptops, runs a limited bag and stroller check for a small fee, checks coats and umbrellas free, bars strollers from Friday to Sunday and bars outside food and drink.
Two ways to spend $480
Eight hours and the CONTEXT evening cost the same $48 a head. A party that wants the full floor time books 2 to 5 December. A party that wants the late close books 1 December and works to 9:30 pm at CONTEXT.
