Time To Drive Fest runs November 7 and 8 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street, Miami. The organiser's FAQ puts the show at more than 200 cars and more than 50 watch brands across the two days. Driver's Seat, a track day at The Concours Club, runs November 6 for registered VVIP guests.
The programme is dense. The site's schedule payload carried 85 scheduled items on 20 October: 39 on Saturday 7 November, 32 on Sunday 8 November and 14 on Friday 6 November at The Concours Club. A group desk gets two selling days, and the Friday belongs to VVIP pass holders.
The Line the FAQ Hands a Group Desk
The stay answer on the FAQ reads: "We encourage out-of-town guests to book accommodations early, as Miami is a popular destination during the fall season." That sentence comes from the organiser. Put it in the proposal and put the date you read it beside it.
The ticket answer carries a second line: "Capacity is limited, so we recommend buying early."
What Is Left on the Shelf
The ticket catalogue publishes live counts. On 20 October 2026 it read 307 Day One passes, 405 Day Two passes, 1,414 Two Day passes and 313 Grail VVIP passes. Prepaid parking read 67 passes for November 7 and 13 for November 8.
Four admission tiers carry a Tier 2 label at this read. Day One runs $75, Day Two runs $75, the Two Day Full Access pass runs $125 and The Grail VVIP pass runs $1,150 for November 6 to 8. The fee schedule publishes at $4.99 a ticket, $29.99 on a VVIP pass and $1.99 an add-on.
Every tier caps an order at 10. A party of 12 needs two orders, and the price tier can move between them. Buy the block in one sitting.
The One Group Product on the Site
Sunday Cars and Coffee runs 7:00 to 10:00 AM for car clubs and VVIP guests. It is the published entry point that names car clubs, and it is the reason a Saturday night sits in the plan.
The organiser publishes no group ticket rate, no group sales desk and no room block of its own. Questions route to info@timetodrivefest.com, sponsorship requests route through a form on the contact page, and press routes to timetodrive@carmaconnected.com. Children under 15 enter free with a ticketed adult, and a family party should price that before it buys adult passes.
The Room Side, and What It Reports
The FAQ names four areas for a stay: Wynwood, the Miami Design District, Downtown Miami and Brickell. The venue accommodation page names JW Marriott Marquis Miami as the official hospitality partner and offers "exclusive preferred rates" through a Passkey booking site.
That block runs November 5 to November 9, 2026 at 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way. Passkey carried one property and read "Now accepting reservations!" on 20 October. A desk that quotes the block should re-read that page on the day it sends the proposal.
The property sits 2.73 miles and about 7 minutes by road from the venue, measured on an OSRM route from the hotel to 318 NW 23rd Street on 20 October. A ten-room ask has no published channel at this show, so the desk sells the district and the measured drive.
Access, and the Shape of the Stay
Mana Wynwood runs a 240-vehicle lot beside the convention center and publishes 400 or more spaces across the site, including ADA stalls. The daily rate runs $10 to $50 by day of week and payment falls due on entry. Two entrance pairs serve the lot: NW 23rd Street between NW 5th and NW 2nd Avenues, and NW 2nd Avenue between NW 23rd and NW 22nd Streets.
The venue publishes 7.1 miles from Miami International Airport and 6.9 miles from the Amtrak station. Culmer station on the Metrorail Orange Line sits a short ride from Wynwood. The organiser asks guests to use rideshare and lists the lot as subject to availability.
Re-entry is not allowed on either festival day. Saturday's programme closes at 7:30 PM, resumes for after-hours at 9:00 PM and runs Walshy Fire on the Collectors Club Stage from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Sunday opens Cars and Coffee at 7:00 AM. A Saturday night holds both clocks, and a Sunday morning departure cuts the Cars and Coffee session.
What Goes Into the Proposal
Hold Friday to Monday and sell two nights. Price the pass at $125 plus the $4.99 fee, which runs $129.99 a head, and put the 10-per-order cap beside it so the party books in a single pass. Name the district for the room and give the block's own status. Route car clubs to the Sunday morning session and print the 7:00 AM start.
Both scarcity lines sit on the organiser's own FAQ. Quote them, and date them.
