Six Thousand Attendees in Wynwood, a Block Split Across Two Submarkets

The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum brings 6,000-plus attendees and 120-plus exhibitors to Mana Wynwood on 4 and 5 November 2026. Four hotels hold the block within a 15-minute ride, and general admission drops to $200 at ten or more.

Two days, 6,000 attendees

The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum runs Wednesday 4 November and Thursday 5 November 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street, Miami, FL 33127. The organiser's about page publishes 6,000-plus attendees and 120-plus exhibitors and sponsors. Its registration table lists an expo floor with 100-plus exhibitors.

The expo floor runs 10am to 5pm on both days.

The room a group buys

Mana Wynwood holds 100,000 square feet of event space and has hosted 1,000-plus events since 2016. Mana 320, the newest space on the campus, sits across the parking lot from the convention center and carries the Power Breakfast on both mornings.

The Food Truck Alley runs in front of the venue for the length of the forum with four vendors: 3-0 Slides, El Orgullo Latino Kitchen, Mangiare Cucina Italiana and Island Kitchen. Metrorail's Orange Line stops at Culmer Station, a short ride from Wynwood. The venue sits 7.1 miles from Miami International Airport and 6.9 miles from the Amtrak station.

Four properties, two submarkets

The block covers AC Hotel Miami Brickell, Moxy Miami Wynwood, Arlo Wynwood and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. The organiser's travel page places all four within a 15-minute ride of Mana Wynwood and publishes a booking link per property.

The Arlo Wynwood link opens on a 3 November arrival and a 6 November departure under group code TheRealDeal2026. The Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay link opens Marriott's reservation system with no window printed on the page a planner can read. Ask each property for its window in writing before quoting dates.

Moxy Miami Wynwood and Arlo Wynwood carry the district in their names. AC Hotel Miami Brickell and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay sit in their own neighbourhoods. Coach dispatch runs per cluster inside the organiser's 15-minute line.

The rates a group can quote

Registration publishes four pass levels across three price windows. General admission costs $250 through 22 September, $275 from 23 September to 3 November, and $300 on 4 and 5 November. VIP runs $350, $400 and $425 across the same windows. All-Access holds $800 throughout. A Subscriber pass costs $100 in advance and $150 on site, and needs an active annual subscription that expires no earlier than 5 November.

Ten or more on general admission cost $200 each when the ten register in one transaction. The discount applies at checkout. A one-day pass exists for Day 2 only, and the organiser publishes no price for it.

The refund ladder sets the booking date. A cancellation 28 days or more out returns 90 percent of the fee. From 14 to 27 days out the refund is 50 percent. Inside 14 days the organiser issues no refund. Counted from 4 November, that line falls on 21 October.

The hours a group plans around

Power Breakfast doors open at 9am on both days and the discussion starts at 9:30am. The expo floor opens at 10am. The Main Stage runs 11am to 3:30pm on both days. The Innovation Stage runs 12:30pm to 2:30pm on Day 1 and 12:30pm to 1:30pm on Day 2. Lunch sits at 12:30pm on both days.

The Top Agents and Brokerages Reception runs 4pm to 5pm on Wednesday at Mana 320, included with All-Access and sold as a $75 add-on to the other pass types. The schedule grid lists an All-Access Afterparty at Mana 320 from 6pm, and the registration table gives All-Access holders one invitation for each of 4 and 5 November. Confirm both evenings before a group books a private dinner against either one.

Moving 6,000 people

Parking runs $10 to $50 a day by day of the week, paid on entry with a limited duration. The site holds a 240-vehicle lot inside a 400-plus space count that includes ADA bays. The organiser's FAQ says the lot fills and recommends rideshare. VIP and valet parking run on request during certain events, and the venue publishes no rate.

United Airlines and Delta Air Lines publish discount links through the organiser's travel page. The three arrival points are Miami International, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International and Palm Beach International.

The nights to fix

The programme needs the nights of Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 November. A Tuesday 3 November arrival adds a third night and puts the guest at Mana 320 for the 9am Power Breakfast on Day 1.

Quote the windows off the links and the hours off the grid. Two nights, four properties, one 15-minute line, and a $200 general admission rate at ten or more.
