Banco Santander broke ground on 1401 Brickell on 8 April 2026. The tower reaches 50 stories on Brickell Avenue in Miami's financial district and will house the bank's U.S. regional office. Santander puts the floor area at approximately 1.6 million square feet. Delivery is targeted for 2029.

Handel Architects designed the building with Bernardi & Peschard Arquitectura. Rilea Group is development advisor and project manager, and Coastal Construction builds it. The scheme covers office, retail, dining and wellness across seven levels of amenities. A sky terrace restaurant looks over Brickell Avenue.
Santander Private Banking occupies part of the office floors. Third-party tenants take the remainder.
