Eight paths behind one registration
The registration host for Current San Francisco 2026 publishes eight routes at confluent.swoogo.com/currentsanfrancisco2026. The screen lists Partner Registration, Speaker Registration, Employee Registration, Sponsor Registration, Crew Registration, Press/Analyst Registration, Executive Summit Registration and General Attendee.
A “Sponsor Validation” link and a “Visa Letter” link sit beside the register button in the same navigation.
The organiser’s San Francisco FAQ states the speaker route: “Once you are confirmed as a speaker, you will receive instructions on how to register for free.”.
The event page publishes the scale the send is measured against: 3000+ attendees, 100+ speakers, 50+ partners and 80+ sessions.
How five seats move through the paths
The registration screen sorts a registrant by role before the pass step. A personal email address opens a position question with four answers: self-employed, independent contractor, student and other. Students route to current@regsvc.com for registration assistance. The screen sends employees to the employee registration process.
Each registrant holds an account. The screen asks for an email address, a password and a repeat password. It states that “Creating a password lets you log back in to modify your registration, and speeds up your next registration.”. The returning route reads “Already registered? View or modify your existing registration.”.
The pass step carries one label, General Attendee, described as “Access to in-person keynote, sessions, meals, and reception.”.
No page read publishes a group registration, a team rate or a bulk upload for five or more registrants.
The published group lever is a date
The FAQ answers the transfer question: “You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization by notifying current@regsvc.com by November 3, 2026.”.
Tuesday 3 November is the conference’s own travel day. The event page lists it as “Travel Day to San Francisco”, with the Speaker Welcome Reception and the Partner Summit that day. The transfer window closes on the day the team flies.
The FAQ publishes no hour inside that date and no fee. Its cancellation answer gives the notification address and no refund tier. It states that cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.
Two price readings on one page
The event page’s registration block reads “Current passes are available at no cost this year”. The same block carries the term that governs a group: “register early to reserve your spot, as capacity is limited and passes may no longer be available once the event reaches capacity”.
A second block on the same page lists four paid tiers. Early Bird General Attendee $499, expired 15 August. Advance Individual Pass $699, expires 10 October. Standard Individual Pass $899, expires 29 October. Onsite Individual Pass $999. The heading above the four reads “Register now for $899 until October 29”.
Five seats at the Early Bird tier come to $2,495. Five seats on the complimentary reading come to nothing. The registration system shows the pass after an account is created, and that step names the pass a planner buys.
The block arrives with the confirmation
The FAQ places the room inventory after the booking: “Hotel blocks are available in your confirmation email, all within walking distance of the Moscone Center.”. No property is named and no rate or cut-off date is published.
Two venue figures stand in for a rate estimate. The venue’s book-event page states that “more than two-thirds of the city’s 34,000 hotel rooms are within walking distance of The Moscone Center”, which is more than 22,667 rooms. The venue’s FAQ page states “over 20,000 hotel rooms within walking distance”.
Three thousand delegates against 20,000 walking-distance rooms is 15 per cent of that inventory.
The week the send lands in
The venue’s live event feed holds two records in the surrounding fortnight. INFORMS Annual Meeting 2026 runs 1 to 4 November in Moscone South, with its own published line of more than 6,000 attendees. Current San Francisco runs 4 to 5 November in Moscone West. Wednesday 4 November belongs to both.
A group arriving on the 3 November travel day adds its first night to the closing night of a 6,000-delegate meeting.
The group position
A team of five or more routes through five or more accounts, one published path per seat. Two terms decide the send: the capacity cap on passes and the 3 November transfer date.
The room cost arrives with the confirmation email. The block property, the rate and the cut-off date are unpublished.
Four of the eight paths carry a role: partner, sponsor, crew, and press or analyst. The speaker path carries a published free pass. The event page carries no group rate for five or more.
