The Federacion Empresaria Hotelera Gastronomica de la Republica Argentina (FEHGRA) reports that on the first day of FIT 2026, Karina Milei, secretary general of the Presidency, toured the La Rural grounds with national officials and met Daniel Prieto, the federation's president. David Collado Morales, minister of Tourism of the Dominican Republic, the guest country of honour in this edition. The declaration of national interest
The 30th edition carried a declaration of national interest from the Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Nacion. FEHGRA states the declaration in its release. The fair's own site dates its report of the resolution to 25 September 2026.
The federation's space at the fair
FEHGRA holds a large space at the fair, where its referents were due to hold working meetings with national, provincial, municipal and sectoral authorities. The release names no counterparty to those meetings.

It puts the general public on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., and reserves Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 September for professional visitors from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
