Five filters on one directory
The SF Beer Week participant directory carries five region filters: San Francisco, North Bay, East Bay, Silicon Valley and Coast. Behind them sit 137 participant profiles, read on 17 October 2026.
The single-region split runs 45 in San Francisco, 46 in the East Bay, 20 in the North Bay, 20 in Silicon Valley and 19 on the Coast. Ten profiles appear under more than one region. Eight carry no region.
The roster mixes breweries and taprooms with bars, restaurants and destination bodies. Visit Santa Rosa, Pier 39, the Pacific Pinball Museum, the Petaluma Historical Library and Museum and Muttville sit on the same list. So do malt, yeast and label suppliers.
The collaborations follow the same five regions
The Guild's six official collaborations map to the regional chapters. San Francisco's is hosted by Bartlett Hall. The East Bay carries two, one hosted by Brix Factory and one by Headyworks. Discretion hosts the Coast beer. Old Caz hosts the North Bay's. Narrative Fermentations hosts Silicon Valley's. All six debut at SFBW Fest on Saturday 21 February.
Where the 332 listings sit
The activity index lists 332 items for the 2026 run on the same read date. 313 carry a single dated start, and 19 stand as ongoing promotions.
The San Francisco filter returns 115 listings. The East Bay returns 115. The North Bay returns 40, Silicon Valley 33 and the Coast 28. One listing carries no region.
The location lines name San Francisco 112 times, Oakland 45, Alameda 18, Berkeley 15, Concord 11 and Rohnert Park 11.
Distances across the set
Straight-line distances from downtown San Francisco put Oakland 8 miles away, San Jose 42, Santa Rosa 49 and Santa Cruz 59. Santa Rosa to Santa Cruz measures 108 miles, the longest span in the set.
A group itinerary across all five tabs is a driving itinerary. The four anchors outside the city sit between 8 and 59 miles out.
The one published shuttle route
Visit Santa Rosa lists a free Santa Rosa Craft Beer Shuttle at noon on Saturday 21 February and again at noon on Saturday 28 February. Both runs tie to the Santa Rosa 2026 FeBREWary Beer Passport, whose listing spans 20 February to 1 March. Beer City Santa Rosa runs a half marathon, a 10k and a 5k alongside a beer fest from 9 a.m. on 21 February.
Two listings in the 332 name a shuttle, and both are Visit Santa Rosa's.
What a group has to confirm venue by venue
The programme sells no event-wide ticket. Each listing carries its own price. Many run pay as you go. Some require an admission fee or an advance reservation. Ticket instructions sit inside each listing, and the organiser directs questions to the party responsible for that listing.
House rules vary. The FAQ sends questions about children and dogs to individual venues. Listings change as venues finalise their programming, so an itinerary firms up during the final weeks.
One lodging brand appears on the 137-profile roster. Hyatt Vacation Club is listed at a Sacramento address.
The 2027 window
The organiser had published no dates for a 2027 edition on 17 October 2026. Ten days across two weekends is the standing shape.
The 2026 edition ran Friday 20 February to Sunday 1 March, with its Saturdays on 21 and 28 February. The same ten-day window in 2027 opens on Saturday 20 February and closes on Monday 1 March, with its Saturdays on 20 and 27 February.
The weekdays inside the window change. The window keeps its ten days.
