Disrupt's Group Tiers and a Three-Day Window at Moscone West

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 runs 13 to 15 October at Moscone West, where groups of ten or more take 30 percent off any pass and groups of four to nine take 15 percent.

A fixed three-day window at Moscone West

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 runs Tuesday 13 October to Thursday 15 October at Moscone West, 800 Howard St, San Francisco. TechCrunch dates the event to October 13 to 15, 2026 on its own overview page. SEMICON West 2026 runs the same three days at Moscone North and South, so two conventions land inside one week on the San Francisco calendar.

The scale lines

TechCrunch's overview page carries three figures for the show: 10,000-plus attendees, 32 billion dollars raised by Startup Battlefield alumni, and 20,000-plus connections made.

The group discount ladder

TechCrunch's tickets page sells two group tiers. A group of ten or more takes 30 percent off any pass type, starting at 174 dollars a pass. The page routes that order to events@techcrunch.com for a personalised discount code and booking link, with a reply inside one business day.

A group of four to nine takes 15 percent off, starting at 220 dollars a pass, and the page limits that saving to the Attendee, Investor, Non-Profit and Student passes.

Every group booking runs in one transaction and one session, and each group holds a single pass type. The page publishes no group rate for the Founder and Expo+ passes, and it states that group savings cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts.

What one pass costs and what it covers

The tickets page lists six pass types. Attendee is 949 dollars against a regular 1,049. Founder is 999 against 1,099. Investor is 1,099 against 1,199. Non-Profit is 399 against 499. Student is 349 against 399. Expo+ is 299 against 349.

TechCrunch states that all prices increase at the door on October 13. The buy-one-get-one offer gives the second pass at 50 percent off and ends at 8 a.m. Pacific on October 13. The page sells no single-day ticket, and every pass covers all three days.

A written refund request had to reach TechCrunch by 31 July 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific, and the page states that tickets are nonrefundable after that date. A lost badge carries a 45 dollar reprint fee.

The room block the organiser publishes

TechCrunch's attendee hotel page names four properties with their distances from Moscone West: Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA at 0.2 miles, Hotel Zelos San Francisco at 0.3 miles, InterContinental San Francisco at 0.3 miles, and Grand Hyatt San Francisco at 0.5 miles.

The page describes rates that sit below booking through the official hotels and other travel sites. It lists cancellation and modification without penalty, no upfront cost, and loyalty points that work. It gives availability as while rooms last, and it names 38 North Connections as its reservation partner.

Getting a group to the hall

The Moscone Center's directions page gives Powell station on BART or MUNI for Moscone West, and Montgomery station for Moscone North and South. Caltrain stops at 4th and Townsend Streets. The page states that the center has no on-site parking.

What the city carries that week

Engine puts the San Francisco citywide par rate at 165 dollars a night across 3.1 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. It gives October at 176 dollars, seven percent above the average, and ranks the market 18 of 50.

A study by the American Hotel and Lodging Association and the California Hotel and Lodging Association with Oxford Economics reports more than 12 billion dollars in hotel-generated economic impact in San Francisco in 2025. It gives about 900 dollars in citywide spending per room night, nearly 50,000 jobs and 2 billion dollars in taxes, with average daily rates at 92 percent of 2019 levels and a forecast of 98 percent for 2026.

The second show on the same three days

SEMICON West 2026 runs 13 to 15 October at Moscone North and South, and its own site reads in person, October 13 to 15, 2026. Both shows sit on the same three nights in the same SoMa district.
