Trifecta Collective Acquires the Medical Spa Show From AmSpa

Trifecta Collective has taken over the Medical Spa Show from AmSpa under a long-term strategic partnership. The 2027 edition runs 15-18 April at Wynn Las Vegas.

Trifecta Collective Acquires the Medical Spa Show

Trifecta Collective, an independent show organiser, has acquired the Medical Spa Show from the American Med Spa Association. PCMA published the item on 8 October 2026 under the byline Gabrielle Weiss.

The Partnership Terms

The two organisations structured the transaction as a long-term strategic partnership. Trifecta takes ownership and management of the event. AmSpa stays involved through its educational programming, its member network and its industry expertise.

The PCMA item carries no purchase price and no term length for the partnership.

The Show's Ten-Year Record

The Medical Spa Show is in its 10th year. It focuses on the medical aesthetics industry. Since its launch the show has drawn nearly 10,000 participants, representing more than 5,200 practices. More than 750 exhibiting brands have taken part.

Wynn Las Vegas, 15-18 April 2027

The 2027 edition runs 15-18 April at Wynn Las Vegas. The window opens on a Thursday and closes on a Sunday. Trifecta expects more than 3,500 professionals.

The item carries no room block, no nightly rate and no cut-off date for the 2027 edition. It also carries no exhibitor count and no registration opening date.

Trifecta's Fifth Show Purchase

The Medical Spa Show is Trifecta Collective's fifth trade show transaction. The four earlier purchases are TRANSACT, the Canadian Concrete Expo, the International Mass Timber Conference and the North American Trailer Dealers Association.

What the Item Names and What It Leaves Out

PCMA files the acquisition "among several acquisitions announced in recent months, reflecting continued investment and consolidation across the meetings and events industry". The item names no other deal in that run. It carries no financial terms, no show team changes and no exhibitor floor plan.

The Market Frame the Buyer Gave

Rick McConnell, chief executive officer of Trifecta Collective, gave the deal its market frame. "The medical aesthetics market is one of the fastest-growing segments in healthcare and wellness, and MSS is its definitive gathering place," he said. He said Trifecta's trade show expertise complements the work the AmSpa team has done on the event.
