The closing balance
Bariloche a la Carta closed its 13th edition on Monday 12 October 2026. The Federación Empresaria Hotelera Gastronómica de la República Argentina published the closing balance on 13 October and puts 40,000 visitors through the Feria with a digital reach of 12 million people. Barinoticias carried the same two figures on 13 October.
Belén García Bertone, coordinator of FEHGRA's Patagonia region, gave the federation line at the feria opening. "We at FEHGRA keep supporting and promoting these initiatives, convinced that gastronomy is a fundamental engine for the growth of our destinations," she said. Martín Lago, president of the AEHGB, credited the Municipalidad de Bariloche, the Gobierno de Río Negro, the business chambers and the producers across the thirteen editions.
The Feria in published numbers
The event site dates the Feria to 9 to 12 October 2026 at the Centro Cívico, from 12:00 to midnight, in three entry shifts: 12:00 to 16:30, 16:30 to 21:00 and 21:00 to midnight. One ticket carries one ecovaso. Children under six, retired residents and disability-card holders enter free on identity or disability papers at the El Mercado gate. The site gives the feria floor 6,000 square metres.
The circuito ran from 5 to 12 October with menus at promotional prices, 20 percent off for card holders and up to 30 percent off on Banco Macro and Visa del Banco Patagonia cards.
The programme lists eleven cooking sessions across the four days at 14:00, 15:30, 16:30 and 17:30. Puerto Montt and Hotel Sheraton Bariloche opened the Friday stage, a Córdoba and Río Negro session followed the same afternoon, and a cocktail masterclass closed the Monday. Eight kitchens worked the BALC Invita stands, two per day. Live music played at 19:30 each evening.
The establishment count moved between releases
The closing release counts more than 80 participating establishments. The event site's results article of 13 October says more than 100 Bariloche establishments took part with plates created for the event, and the site's front page carries more than 90 restaurants, bars and breweries. Four readings of one field sit inside a band from 80 to 100. A group planner treats the count as that band and confirms the participant list before committing a dinner programme.
Córdoba as the invited province
Córdoba came as the first province invited under the Argentina se encuentra en Bariloche programme. Darío Capitani, president of the Agencia Córdoba Turismo, worked the event and spoke in Spanish. "Taking part in one of the big gastronomic and tourism gatherings in Bariloche also lets us carry our province's identity to other destinations and build new links inside the sector," he said. The province's producers brought wines, cheeses, cured meats and vermut inside a dedicated pavilion.
On Thursday 8 October the province of Río Negro and the Agencia Córdoba Turismo signed a framework cooperation agreement at the AEHGB headquarters. Carlos Banacloy, Río Negro's minister of economic and productive development, Capitani and Lago signed for the three bodies. The document runs two years with renewal by agreement and carries no commitment to transfer funds.
The hotel kitchens
The Plato de Oro went to Aníbal Ramírez of Hotel Sheraton Bariloche for the second consecutive year, as El Cordillerano reported. Llao Llao Hotel & Resort worked a BALC Invita stand on the closing Monday, and Huinid Hoteles held one on the Saturday. Hotel kitchens sat inside the circuito.
What group planners take from the close
Book against the next edition. The event site carries the next edition at 4 to 11 October 2027.
