A 77th annual show, 375 vendors and its own published hotel list

The 77th annual show publishes five area hotels with street addresses, a Hampton Inn group code on a six-night window, a rental discount code and an RV rate on the grounds, with no rate carried against any of it.

A 77th annual show and its own housing list

The Christmas Gift + Hobby Show runs Wednesday 11 November to Sunday 15 November 2026 in the West Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis. Marketplace Events produces it. The organiser calls the edition the 77th annual show and publishes the scale as 375 vendors and 45,000-plus shoppers across five days. Show-floor hours run 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, 45 hours in total.

The show publishes its own housing list on the event information page. The list is five properties with street addresses, one group code and one rental discount code.

The five properties

Comfort Inn East Indy, 2295 N. Shadeland, Indianapolis, IN 46219. Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Fishers, 9780 Crosspoint Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46256. Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, 8980 River Crossing Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46240, telephone 317.706.7500. Candlewood Suites Indianapolis NE, 8111 Bash Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Hampton Inn NE Castleton Indianapolis, 6817 East 82nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. The page carries no rate, no cut-off date and no room count for any of the five.

The group code and its window

Hampton Inn & Suites is the listing with a group code. The show publishes code HOB beside the property and the line "Reserve today for 20% Off". The booking link on the page resolves to a Hilton URL carrying group code CHHHOB, an arrival date of 10 November and a departure date of 16 November. That window opens the night before the show and ends the night after it, six nights in total. The rate sits behind the booking flow.

The rental route

The show names Lazy Sunday Rentals and 10 percent off a direct booking under code LAZYINDYCHRISTMASSHOW. Its line describes the company as local and women-owned, and asks a group to stay near the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The listed features are full kitchens, workspaces, free parking and gathering areas.

Camping on the grounds

The show's page also lists the Fairgrounds' RV campground at 317-927-7500, priced at $30 plus tax per day with a hook-up and $20 plus tax without. The listed amenities are year-round camping, indoor showers and flush toilets, washers and dryers, electricity, sewer hook-ups, sanitary dumping stations and potable water. The venue's camping page adds the operating terms: full hook-up sites run April through October, electric-only hook-ups run November through March, and the dump station is closed in that window. Reservations must be made before arrival, check-in runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m.

Where the roster sits

Straight-line distances from the Fairgrounds to the published addresses run 5.1 to 6.9 miles for four of the five properties: Comfort Inn East Indy at 5.1 miles, Hampton Inn & Suites at 6.3, Candlewood Suites at 6.8 and Hampton Inn NE Castleton at 6.9. The Staybridge Suites address at 9780 Crosspoint Blvd. did not resolve in the address index, so the list carries no distance for it.

The show's FAQ states that no shuttle service runs at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Parking on the grounds is $10 per vehicle per day. The venue's directions page names the Fairgrounds Infield, the South Lot on 38th Street and the Indiana School for the Deaf lot on 42nd Street, and sets rideshare drop-off at 3773 Woodland Avenue through Gate 7 on 38th Street. IndyGo routes 4 and 39 and the Purple Line stop near the main entrance on 38th Street at $1.75 a ride, or $4 for an all-day pass.

The city inventory behind the block

Visit Indy publishes 34,000 hotel rooms in the Indianapolis metro area, more than 8,300 downtown with more than 3,000 in the pipeline, and 4,700 rooms connected to the Indiana Convention Center at 12 hotels. The venue's own hotel page routes the booking to a Visit Indy reservation portal for its preferred-hotel programme, and that portal carries a reservation line at 800-350-6181.

What a group pays at the door

The show's admission page publishes no group rate. It runs a Corporate Ticket Program and lists a contact address for it at heathern@mpeshows.com. Adult admission is $14.00 at the door. An advance online adult ticket costs $12.00 plus a $1 service fee through 10 November, and the online price moves to $14.00 plus the fee from opening day. Seniors 65 and over pay $10.00 at the door with ID, children 12 and under enter free, and Girls Night Out is $7.00 at the box office on Friday 13 November from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Coupons available in participating Ace Hardware stores from 15 October 2026 take $4.00 off the box office price. The show lists 27 participating locations, among them stores in Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Greenwood, Plainfield, Westfield and Noblesville.

Two days that change the party cost

Hero Day falls on Wednesday 11 November. Veterans, active-duty military, police, fire and first responders with a valid ID enter free and park free that day, and the American Dairy Association Indiana gives out milkshakes at the Dairy Bar from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday 15 November is Teacher Day, and teachers and school staff enter free with a valid ID.

The published group record for this show is five named properties, one group code on a six-night link window, one rental discount code, a campground on the grounds, and no block rate against any of it.
