DeVeau's Booster Club runs its 35th invitational at the Indiana Convention Center from January 29 to 31, 2027, with a 5,000-attendee forecast, three named event hotels and $7,000 in team cash awards.

A booster club books the convention center for three days

The 35th Annual DeVeau’s Circle of Stars Gymnastics Invitational runs January 29 to 31, 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center. DeVeau’s Gymnastics Booster Club hosts the meet. The venue publishes a forecast of 5,000 attendees and assigns Exhibit Hall I-K.

The venue publishes 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis, with 4,700 of them connected by skywalk. The 5,000-attendee forecast equals 70.4 percent of that room base.

Four gyms and a published awards ladder

The competition runs three women’s gyms and one men’s gym on AAI equipment. Women compete at Levels 2 through 10, men at Levels 3 through 10 and in Men’s GymACT, and Xcel athletes at all levels.

The organiser publishes $7,000 in cash awards. Women’s team awards pay $100 each at Level 3 and Xcel Bronze, $200 each at Levels 4 and 5 and Xcel Silver and Gold, $250 each at Levels 6 and 7 and Xcel Platinum, $300 each at Level 8 and Xcel Diamond and Sapphire, $1,000 at Level 9 and $1,500 at Level 10. Men’s team awards pay $1,000 to the compulsory combined Levels 3 through 6 and $1,000 to the optional combined Levels 7 through 10.

Two scholarships of $1,500 go to one senior female athlete and one senior male athlete competing at the 2027 meet. An independent panel of reviewers judges the applications. Each applicant submits a form with an essay, two letters of recommendation and an official high school transcript showing a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Three event hotels and the codes behind them

The organiser names three event hotels. Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Downtown sits at 130 S. Pennsylvania Street. Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown sits at 110 West Washington Street. Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station sits at 123 West Louisiana St.

Each hotel carries a group booking link. The Hyatt Place link carries group code G-CC27. The Crowne Plaza link carries group code C7Q with its check-in day set to the 28th. Rates sit behind each booking flow.

Visit Indy publishes 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms connected to the convention center. Embassy Suites appears on that roster at 360 rooms and the Crowne Plaza appears at 273 rooms. The 12-property roster carries no Hyatt Place entry.

The weekend around the meet

The venue’s event feed lists three events on Friday, January 29. Dot Foods closes a business meeting at 2,000, Circle of Stars opens at 5,000 and RxHealing opens at 2,000. The three forecasts total 9,000.

The feed lists three events on Sunday, January 31. Circle of Stars runs at 5,000, RxHealing runs at 2,000 and The Indianapolis Royal Weekend runs at 1,250. Those total 8,250.

The registration clock

Registration runs in three steps. Step one registers the athlete through USA Gymnastics. Step two tabulates the fees on the organiser’s payment worksheet. Step three submits payment online, with no fee for an eCheck.

Gymnast fees run $155 at Women’s Levels 2 through 5 and Xcel Bronze, Silver and Gold, and $175 at Levels 6 through 10 and Xcel Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire. The men’s side carries the same pair, $155 at Levels 3 through 5 and $175 at Levels 6 through 10. A team fee of $55 applies per team.

Scratches and refunds close November 16, 2026, 74 days before opening day. Level changes close December 14, 2026 and depend on available space. The organiser requires payment in full at registration and releases unpaid spots to a waitlist.

What the destination puts beside it

The venue publishes 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance and a 15-minute transfer from Indianapolis International Airport. A road route from the airport to the convention center measures 22.6 kilometres and 26 minutes at free flow on a 24 September 2026 read.

The organiser’s directions page links two maps. A parking map lists 29 downtown garages and lots, with street addresses and telephone numbers against the entries, and no rates. A skywalk map carries the Downtown Indy 2014 drawing and its line on walking the city indoors.

The venue publishes its skywalk hours as event-dependent, with a rule of thumb of a lock down at approximately 11:00 p.m. and a re-opening at approximately 6:00 a.m.
