The Window and the Hall
Core-Mark International brings its buying show to the Indiana Convention Center on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 February 2027. The venue event page dates the show February 10 to 11 and places it in Exhibit Hall J-K. The venue forecasts 1,500 attendees.
The convention bureau's hall table puts Hall J at 36,400 square feet with 3,140 theatre seats, 2,240 banquet seats and 174 booths of 10 by 10. Hall K runs 38,700 square feet with 3,352 theatre seats, 2,400 banquet seats and 198 booths. The pair gives 75,100 square feet.
The venue keeps a page for the 2026 edition. That page dates the show to February 11, 2026 alone in Exhibit Hall F-G at the same 1,500 forecast, and marks it as passed. The 2027 edition adds a second show day and a different hall pair.
Wednesday Carries Three Groups
Two other conventions close at the venue on February 10. The Indiana Health and Safety Conference & Expo ends a February 7 to 10 run at a published forecast of 850. The Indiana Green Expo ends a February 8 to 10 run at 2,000. Core-Mark opens the same day at 1,500.
The three forecasts total 4,350 people in the house on one weekday. That is 61 per cent of the venue's published 7,100 downtown rooms. Two Core-Mark nights come to 3,000 room nights.
Both closing groups hold their rooms through the Wednesday morning. The Core-Mark room list therefore moves against two departure blocks inside one housekeeping shift.
What the Venue Publishes for the Block
No published block rate, no cut-off date, no named host hotel and no show-floor clock sit on any page reached for this edition. The venue event page carries the dates, the hall and the forecast.
The convention centre publishes skywalk access as event-dependent. Its stated rule of thumb is a lockdown near 11:00 p.m. and a reopening near 6:00 a.m. Confirm those times for the show days before you promise attendees a walking route.
Ask the convention centre for the block terms in writing. The organiser's registration page carries the show-floor rule and no housing, rate or cut-off.
The Downtown Base
The venue publishes four figures for its own downtown: 7,100 hotel rooms, 4,700 of them connected to the centre by skywalk, 200 restaurants within walking distance and a 15-minute transfer to Indianapolis International Airport.
Visit Indy publishes the connected package at 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms. The largest single property in that roster is the JW Marriott Indianapolis at 1,005 rooms. The bureau states that the downtown pipeline takes rooms within walking distance of the centre past 10,000.
The Floor Rule
The organiser's registration page states that no one under the age of 21 is permitted on the show floor, on FDA and tobacco regulation grounds.
