Booking Group Space Around the FullScale Symposium

The FullScale Symposium takes 1,000 delegates into the Indiana Convention Center from 8 to 10 October 2026. A 4,000-delegate dental meeting runs in the same building across the same days.

The booking

The Indiana Convention Center lists the FullScale Symposium as 8 to 10 October 2026 in Sagamore Ballroom 1-7, with a forecast attendance of 1,000. The venue's doors line reads "check event website". FullScale Learning, the organiser, describes the Symposium as the event for education innovators working to transform K-12 education.

The building carries three groups

The venue calendar puts the American Dental Association Scientific Sessions in the building across the same days, 8 to 10 October, at a forecast 4,000. The ABC Health & Fitness Expo takes Exhibit Hall A on Saturday 10 October, with doors 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and a forecast 2,000. The Emerging Leaders' Summit holds Meeting Rooms 231-239 on 7 October, doors 8:30 a.m., at a forecast 220. State each figure with its publisher.

The destination numbers

The venue footer carries the walkable set on every page. Downtown Indianapolis holds 7,100 hotel rooms, and 4,700 of them connect to the center by skywalk. Two hundred downtown restaurants sit within walking distance of the building. Indianapolis International Airport sits 15 minutes away on the venue's figure.

The venue's hotels page adds that more than half of downtown's 7,100-plus rooms sit within blocks of the center and Lucas Oil Stadium.

The skywalk clock

The venue calls the closing time event-dependent. Its published rule of thumb is lock-down at approximately 11:00 p.m. and re-opening at approximately 6:00 a.m. Put any evening function and any late return to the hotel inside that window.

The calendar around the dates

Sixteen events start between 22 September and 15 October 2026 on the venue calendar. The building is free on 23 and 24 September, on 2 and 3 October, and on 11 October. The Symposium's three days run alongside the dental meeting and finish on the Expo's Saturday.

Catering inside the center

Sodexo Live! holds exclusive food and beverage distribution rights in the building. No food, beverage or novelties may be brought in or sold without the express written consent of ICCLOS Management. Purchases carry 7 percent Indiana sales tax plus 2 percent Marion County food and beverage tax. A group that prices its own function should read those terms before it quotes the day.

What to put in the RFP

Three items carry this booking. The room count the group will hold. A contracted release date, because a 4,000-delegate dental meeting runs in the same building across the same days. A stated scope for the functions inside the Sodexo Live! agreement, since catering in the center runs through one contract.
