Two Thousand Delegates And A Sold-Out Room Request: Fully Connected 2026

CoreWeave's Fully Connected 2026 runs September 29 to October 1 at Moscone South with 2,000-plus delegates, a hotel-request step that reads sold out, and no published property, rate or cut-off.

Two Thousand Delegates, One Published Block Line

CoreWeave runs Fully Connected 2026 at Moscone South, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, from September 29 to October 1, 2026. The organiser publishes the scale as 2,000-plus AI leaders and engineers, three curated tracks, more than 30 breakout sessions and more than four hands-on labs. The venue's own events feed carries the same three days and names Moscone South.

The organiser publishes one housing line. It sits in the FAQ on the event home page and reads: As you register for the event you will have the option to select a hotel room from the room block. The same answer states that the hotel confirmation arrives in the coming weeks, after the ticket confirmation. No property name, no nightly rate, no cut-off date and no block size publishes on the home page, the agenda page, the connect page or the sponsors page.

Step Four Of Six Reads Sold Out

The registration link on the home page resolves to a Cvent flow with six numbered steps. Step one is Personal Information, step two Ticketing, step three Sessions, step four Hotel Requests, step five Hotel Incidentals, step six Registration Summary. Step four renders as Hotel Requests (sold out). The room request is closed inside a flow that still carries a registration path.

Step five stays open and reads Hotel Incidentals. The personal-information step asks for dietary needs and any ADA considerations. Its consent line states that the data goes to the applicable accommodations for this event, and that a registrant withdraws consent through a travel-desk address at TravelHQ.com. The housing desk is a vendor address, and the property behind it is named on no page a delegate reads before the flow.

What The Tier Block Says About Timing

The pricing block carries three tiers. The Early Bird tier's button reads Early Bird Registration Ended, and its card carries the note Early bird pricing ends August 29. The Standard tier lists $899 under the note General admission, its inclusion list ends with the bullet Registration opens August 30, and its button reads SOLD OUT. The media and analysts tier at $0 carries the same button. The FAQ states that registration is open, early bird has ended and standard pricing is $899. A structured-data offer on the same page lists Standard at $1,299.

The timeline a group desk can read runs like this. Early-bird pricing closed August 29. General registration opened August 30. The hotel-request step of the registration flow reads sold out. The organiser publishes no close date for the block, no attrition term, no deposit line and no room-night minimum.

The Segment's Published Lead Time

The Kalibri Labs U.S. Groups and Meetings report, produced in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers, defines lead time as the span from the day a group booking is entered in the PMS as reserved to the day of group arrival. Its analysis covers group and meetings transactions from 2015 to 2017 for January through September in each year. The U.S. figure is 18.5 days. San Francisco sits at 24.2 days, third longest among the markets named, behind New York at 27.4 and Miami at 25.5.

The same report puts group demand at 14.4 percent of U.S. room nights in the 2017 window and 17.9 percent of guest-paid RevPAR. Average length of stay for the group segment is 2.46 days. A three-night conference sits above that figure.

What SoMa Carries For The Overflow

Overflow from 2,000 delegates comes down to published district inventory. The Yerba Buena Partnership lists eleven properties with street addresses, and that roster is the published property list for this venue. Straight-line distances from Moscone South put eight of the eleven inside 400 metres. W San Francisco at 181 Third Street and Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa at 250 Fourth Street sit nearest. Hotel Zetta San Francisco at 55 Fifth Street sits farthest of the eleven.

The Rate A Group Walks Into

Engine's San Francisco page puts the city average at $165 a night across 3.1 million par-rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. Engine labels these par rates. A par rate is the cheapest publicly available price at the time of each search, drawn from searches made 10 to 180 days before check-in. September averages $192, 16 percent above the city figure. March is the peak month at $197 and December is the floor at $129, a 35 percent spread between the cheapest and the priciest months.

AHLA and the California Hotel and Lodging Association released an Oxford Economics study on June 25, 2026. It puts hotel-generated economic impact in San Francisco above $12 billion for 2025, with about $900 in citywide spending behind each room night, nearly 50,000 jobs and $2 billion in total taxes.

What The Group Desk Can Act On

Three numbers are published. The delegate count runs above 2,000. The three-day window opens September 29. The hotel-request step reads sold out. The property, the rate and the cut-off stay unpublished.

A group desk working this conference has no organiser-side inventory to request. The district roster is the working list. Book against the September figure. Read step four as closed.
