A corporate meeting books the Center for three February days
The Indiana Convention Center holds the Henry Schein National Sales Meeting from 2 February to 4 February 2027 in Exhibit Hall A-B, at a forecast attendance of 2,000. February 2 is a Tuesday and February 4 is a Thursday, which puts two midweek nights inside the booking.
The venue page carries the dates, the hall and the forecast. It carries no block, no rate and no programme.
The inventory the group walks into
The venue footer publishes 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis, 4,700 of them connected to the Center by skywalk, 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance and 15 minutes to Indianapolis International Airport.
Visit Indy's connected-hotels roster totals 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms connected. The JW Marriott Indianapolis opens the roster at 1,005 rooms and 104,482 square feet of meeting space. Signia Hilton Indianapolis carries 803 rooms and 235,000 square feet, including a 50,000-square-foot ballroom. The Indy Marriott carries 650 rooms and 42,000 square feet, The Westin Indianapolis 575 and 42,500, the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis 499 and 35,000, Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown 360 and 24,200, the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station 273 and 52,107, the Conrad Indianapolis 247 and 15,000, Courtyard, SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn and Suites 621 combined, and Le Meridien Indianapolis 100 rooms and 2,668 square feet.
Two thousand forecast attendees equal 38.5 percent of the roster's 5,200 connected rooms and 42.6 percent of the venue's 4,700 skywalk figure.
The hall the meeting holds
Visit Indy's page for the Center publishes a room-capacity table. Hall A carries 44,000 square feet, a 4,300 theatre set, a 2,370 banquet set and space for 211 booths of 10 by 10. Hall B carries 48,200 square feet, 4,650 theatre, 2,560 banquet and 231 booths. The two halls together give 92,200 square feet, 8,950 theatre seats, 4,930 banquet covers and 442 booth spaces.
The same table puts the Sagamore Ballroom at 33,335 square feet with a 3,400 theatre set, and Hall I at 88,600 square feet with 7,604 classroom seats and a 5,800 theatre set.
February on the destination's own calendar
The Center's event feed, read for 20 January to 28 February 2027, returns 14 records. Six sit in January. The last of them, The Indianapolis Royal Weekend, holds Sunday 31 January, two days before the meeting's Tuesday arrival. Seven further records join in February. The Indiana Health and Safety Conference and Expo opens Sunday 7 February, three days after the meeting closes. The Indiana Green Expo runs 8 to 10 February, the Core-Mark Expo 10 to 11 February, the Economic Club of Indiana luncheon 12 February, the American Football Coaches Association Annual Convention 14 to 16 February, the WWETT show 22 to 25 February and Aloha Indy 28 February.
Monday 1 February and Friday 5 February carry no Center event inside that window.
What the group does not publish
The venue page's "Visit Event Website" link resolves to henryscheinevents.com, Henry Schein's dental trade-show hub. That hub names DS World 2026, AAOMS, AAP, Greater New York and THRIVELIVE 2027. It carries no line for the National Sales Meeting and no line for the city. A planner working this group holds the venue's dates, hall and forecast, and no block rate, cut-off or programme from either publisher.
