The Indiana Chamber of Commerce has posted the 2027 Indiana Safety and Health Conference and Expo price table. The conference runs February 8-10, 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
The venue page carries February 7-10, 2027 in its title block, its event-date spans, its meta descriptions and its event schema. One sentence in the body of that same page still reads 2026. The venue forecasts 850 attendees for the event and publishes no hall for it.
Four registration bands, then a group ladder
Full conference registration for February 8-10 runs $599 before January 16 and $699 from that date. Two-day registration for February 8-9 or February 9-10 runs $499 and $599. One-day registration for February 9 or February 10 runs $399 and $499. Pre-conference workshops on February 8 run $299 and $399. The Expo-only pass for February 9 runs $129 in both windows. Student registration for February 9-10 runs $99.
Group discounts apply on top of those numbers. Three to five attendees from one company take 20 percent off. Six to ten take 25 percent off. Eleven or more take 30 percent off. The organiser applies a discount to new orders only, does not combine it with other offers, and excludes the February 8 workshops, the Expo-only pass and student registration.
VPP and INSharp site employees register on a second ladder: 20 percent for one to two attendees, 25 percent for three to ten, and 30 percent for eleven or more. That route runs by phone at (800) 824-6885 or by email at seminars@indianachamber.com.
The arithmetic belongs in front of a controller. Eleven full-conference seats at the early-bird rate list at $6,589 and cost $4,612.30 with the 30 percent tier. The same eleven seats at the full rate list at $7,689 and cost $5,382.30. Five seats at the full rate list list at $3,495 and cost $2,796 with the 20 percent tier.
The room block closes on a Friday
The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is the official hotel for the 2027 conference. The address is One S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204. The organiser asks guests to reserve online by January 15 to receive the conference rate. The hotel connects to the Indiana Convention Center by skywalk. Parking is not validated at any location, and the organiser states no affiliation with an outside travel agency.
January 15, 2027 is a Friday. The early-bird registration window closes on the same day, and full pricing begins Saturday, January 16. Both deadlines land on one date.
Cancellations receive a full refund up to two weeks before the conference, and substitutions are welcome when requested in advance. A snow emergency in Marion County cancels or postpones the event. Delegates travelling from outside Marion County who cannot reach the conference receive a transferable credit certificate valid for one year on any Indiana Chamber regulatory compliance conference.
What the host city publishes
The Indiana Convention Center sits at 100 South Capitol Ave. The venue's own footer counts 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis, 4,700 of them connected to the building by skywalk, 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance, and 15 minutes to Indianapolis International Airport.
Against the published inventory, the 850 forecast equals 18.09 percent of the skywalk-connected room base and 11.97 percent of the downtown base.
The expo floor and the hall
The Safety Expo runs February 9 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., eight and a half hours of show floor. The organiser's exhibitors page listed 47 companies by name on 24 September 2026. The same organiser's programme page describes the show as 100-plus leading companies and lists Expo Bingo cash prizes of $750, $350 and $200.
The organiser lists its Expo Hall events in Hall H. Visit Indy publishes Hall H at 74,400 square feet, with 373 booths of 10 by 10, 7,028 theatre seats and 4,600 banquet seats. Against the 850 forecast, that floor offers 87.5 square feet per attendee.
The Governor's Workplace Safety Awards Luncheon runs February 10 from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in the 500 Ballroom. Luncheon registration is included with every February 10 registration. A table of ten costs $899 and an individual ticket $99. The organiser marks luncheon-only registration as opening soon.
The data a planner cannot get yet
The 2027 agenda is not published. The organiser's agenda page reads: The 2027 Indiana Safety and Health Conference agenda will be here this fall! A 2026 agenda PDF stands in for download. No session count, no start times and no room assignments exist for 2027.
The venue's own feed carries the Indiana Green Expo on February 8-10 and the Core-Mark Expo on February 10-11, inside a published window of January 20 to February 28, 2027 that holds 14 events.
