Ten Days In Two Buildings
The Indianapolis Home Show runs ten days at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, Friday 15 January through Sunday 24 January 2027. The show uses two buildings, Expo Hall and West Pavilion, at 1202 East 38th Street in Indianapolis. Doors open at 10 a.m. daily.
The closing clocks split three ways. Friday and Saturday close at 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday close at 7 p.m. Sunday closes at 5 p.m. The organiser's about page counts 400-plus booths.
What A Ten-Day Fairgrounds Booking Needs
The organiser publishes no block for this show. No block rate, no cut-off date and no room count appear on its pages. A group that holds ten nights works from the open market and from the properties the show names.
Site access carries its own terms. Parking costs $10 per vehicle per day, paid in cash or by card. The venue lists three parking areas. They are the Fairgrounds Infield, the South Lot on 38th Street and the Indiana School for the Deaf lot on 42nd Street. The South Lot and the School for the Deaf lot run 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The venue's event page names four main entrances. Gate 1 sits on 38th Street, Gate 2 on 42nd Street, and Gates 5 and 6 on Fall Creek Parkway. A coach or rideshare drop-off uses 3773 Woodland Avenue through Gate 7 on 38th Street. IndyGo routes 4 and 39 and the Purple Line stop at the main entrance on 38th Street. The fare is $1.75 a ride or $4 for an all-day pass. The venue's event page lists a shuttle service on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Two Properties The Show Names
Hampton Inn NE Castleton Indianapolis sits at 6817 East 82nd Street, 46250. Candlewood Suites Indianapolis NE sits at 8111 Bash Street, 46250. Straight-line distance from 1202 East 38th Street runs 6.94 miles and 6.81 miles. Both sit in the Castleton cluster northeast of the grounds.
Neither listing carries a rate, a cut-off date or a room count. The Fairgrounds' own hotels page names no property and routes reservations to a Visit Indy portal. Visit Indy publishes 34,000 rooms in the metro area.
The Rental House Route
The show lists Lazy Sunday Rentals, a local, women-owned Indianapolis vacation rental company. The listing describes spacious homes with full kitchens, workspaces, free parking and gathering areas near the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Camping On The Grounds
The show prices Fairgrounds RV camping at $40 plus tax per day with a hook-up. The reservation line is 317-927-7500. The amenities list takes in year-round camping, indoor showers and flush toilets, washers and dryers, electricity, sewer hook-ups, sanitary dumping stations and potable water.
The venue's camping page carries the season rule. Full hook-up sites run April through October. November through March is electric-only, and the dump station closes in that window. A January booking takes an electric-only hook-up. The venue requires the reservation before arrival. Check-in runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., arrivals after 7 p.m. are still assisted, and check-out is noon. Monon campground arrivals enter at Gate 6 off Fall Creek Parkway.
Cancellations carry three tiers on the venue page. A flat $10 fee applies eight or more days before arrival. The first night's rental fee plus tax applies one to seven days before arrival. On or after the arrival day the whole rental fee is forfeit.
Tickets For A Group
The show publishes no group ticket rate. A corporate ticket programme takes enquiries through a contact link on the show info page. The show prints no price, no minimum and no order deadline for it.
