A housing block held by one partner
Miami Grit Classic partners with Team Travel Source on hotel accommodations for the 2027 edition. The organiser's page states that the partner "has secured the best hotel rooms with the lowest rates for this event" and carries a Book or Hold Rooms button that resolves to teamtravelsource.com/cdg/miami-grit-classic/.
That landing page names the meet, the dates of 12-15 February 2027 and the venue. It gives two contact lines: 502-354-9103 for text or call, with info@teamtravelsource.com for parents and individuals and cheerdancegym@teamtravelsource.com for coaches and team managers.
The same page carries a rate note. "TTS Live! event rates are based on demand and subject to change," it reads, and "TTS Live Events do not qualify for the Lowest Rate Guarantee."
Neither page lists a property, a nightly rate or a cut-off date. The Book or Hold Rooms link hands off to a booking host at presto.eventpipe.com, and that address returned a 404 page to a direct request on 19 October 2026.
Four room nights on a Friday-to-Monday meet
The competition runs Friday 12 February to Monday 15 February 2027. Four room nights take two shapes on those dates. A Thursday 11 February arrival holds Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and leaves on the Monday. A Friday arrival holds Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights and leaves on Tuesday 16 February.
The host is TB Meets, Inc, with Tumblebees Gymnastics as co-host, Bold&Grit as official event sponsor, Jennifer Karborani as meet director and Carlos Sanchez on international communications. The meet contact address is miamigrit@tbgyms.com.
Entry prices and the date that fixes them
Standard entry runs $190 through Monday 2 November 2026. That entry includes team entry at no charge and a gift leotard. The page prints $200 after that date and $210 for an emergency registration at the event. Refunds stop on 2 November 2026. Substitutions run to Wednesday 6 January 2027, subject to availability at the requested level, and a medical note carries a 50 percent refund to the same date.
Registration starts on USA Gymnastics meet reservations. The printed entry and a check go to TB Meets at 4900 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables, FL 33146, payable to Miami Grit Classic. Cards are accepted with a 3.5 percent surcharge. International clubs work through gymcarsan@gmail.com.
The 2025 and 2026 results files each carry sixteen divisions: levels 1 through 10 and six Xcel tiers from Bronze to Sapphire.
What the district puts in front of a group
The organiser publishes a distance from Arnold Hall for every destination it lists. Dolphin Mall sits about 3 miles out. Miracle Mile and Giralda Plaza sit at 7 miles, CocoWalk at 10, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens at 12, Brickell City Centre at 14 and Bayside Marketplace at 15.
Wynwood and the Miami Design District sit at about 16 miles. Ocean Drive, South Beach and South Pointe Park sit at 18 miles, Lincoln Road Mall at 19 and the Bass Museum of Art at 21. The page also lists Zoo Miami, the Miami Children's Museum and the Miami International Boat Show.
The organiser states that two international airports sit within an hour of Miami Beach and the venue. A free-flow route check returns about 19 minutes from Miami International to the grounds and about 47 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood.
Two events on one campus
The venue calendar assigns Miami Grit Classic to Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille across 12-15 February. It assigns the Miami Winter International Open 2027, a jiu-jitsu tournament, to the Fuchs Pavilion across 12-14 February. The two events share the grounds on three of the four meet dates.
The same month carries the Tri-County Volleyball Challenge across five buildings on 6-7 February and the M-DCPS Technical College Career Expo on 18-19 February.
The grounds page describes an 80-acre facility with underground water, sewer, electrical and phone connections, including hookups for 400 recreational vehicles. The figures the organiser has not published
Four schedule lines read "Schedule to be announced", one per competition day. Admission Cost reads TBA and Parking Cost reads TBA. A further line reads "Additional information on parking and logistics to be announced."
