One hotel partner, two group codes for a Miami convention

A three-day convention at the Miami fairgrounds lists one lodging property twice, with two group codes on one booking page and no rate, cut-off or room count.

One property, printed twice

The Allstars Tattoo Convention runs November 13 to 15, 2026 at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition. Its Where To Stay page carries a single property, the Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites, listed as Kendall, Florida, United States.

The page prints that property twice, in two identical cards. Each card carries its own Book Now button, and the two buttons resolve to two different group codes on the same Best Western booking page, hotel-rooms.10354.html. One code reads groupId=1L0LH0U7 and the other reads groupId=1E4ZQ8B2. Both buttons route through a Microsoft Safe Links wrapper ahead of the property. A housing desk quoting from this page has two codes to choose from and one property behind them.

The page publishes no rate, no cut-off date, no room count, no shuttle line and no distance to the grounds. The property sits at 8560 SW 124th Avenue in Kendall, 4.4 miles from the fairgrounds at 10901 SW 24th St on a straight-line measurement.

What one partner does to a group request

A room request larger than that property's inventory has no second property on the page to absorb it. A housing desk working from the organiser's pages quotes one building, and any overflow it sources sits outside the published partner list.

The two codes split the same inventory. A first request routed to groupId=1L0LH0U7 and a second routed to groupId=1E4ZQ8B2 reach one property through two channels, and no page states which code the organiser intends for group bookings.

The site that carries the single-property lodging page also carries a vendor list and a three-day contest schedule. Its vendors page names seven vendor companies and holds two further cards marked Coming Soon. Its schedule runs three days of contest blocks.

A fairgrounds venue sold by its halls

The venue sells the site through building specification sheets. Arnold Hall and Reilly Coliseum carries 77,940 square feet, an approximate capacity of 7,460, a ceiling clearance of 20 to 26 feet and a floor load of 150 pounds per square foot. Its listed amenities include air-conditioning, a sound system, a show office, an in-house restaurant and dining area, a meeting room, public restrooms and nearby parking.

The E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion carries 49,000 square feet and an approximate capacity of 6,920, with two food service areas and a covered walkway to Arnold Hall. Each building page runs a floorplan download, an information sheet download and a Request Information route, and each carries the Fair Expo Center director's direct line: Sira Camilo at (786) 315-5266.

The venue's calendar places the convention in Arnold Hall for November 13 to 15. It places Feria de las Americas - Expo Nica in the Fuchs Pavilion for November 13 and 14. Two buildings on one site carry two events across the Friday and the Saturday, and the venue publishes a covered walkway between the halls.

The Arnold Hall building page runs its own upcoming events list. That list gives Florida Gun Shows on November 7 and 8 and the Construction Ready Skills Challenge on November 19. It omits the convention, which appears on the venue's Upcoming Events page.

The vendor sign-up and the party of two

The organiser's Artist and Vendor Sign Up page renders no form in its own markup. The form is a third-party embed served from notifications.dynamicmarketingpros.com. Its fields are first name, last name, company name, email, phone, city, state, a choice of Artist or Vendor, website, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Three further lines each read "Artist/Attendee government legal name (MAX OF 2 PER BOOTH)". Two per booth is the party size the organiser collects, and the form offers three name slots at that ceiling. The form carries no arrival date, no departure date, no night count and no hotel request. City and state are the only location fields on it.

Payment runs by bank wire only, to TD Bank, beneficiary ALL STARS TATTOO CONVENTIONS LLC at 200 Park Central Blvd S. Ste 5, Pompano Beach FL 33064. The form requires a Florida Department of Health tattoo artist practitioner license, states that a guest license is valid during the requested dates and not to exceed 14 days, and asks for the artist or vendor logo by email once payment clears.

What a housing desk can quote

Four published items frame a group at this convention: three dates from November 13 to 15, a building name in Arnold Hall, a single lodging property, and a booth party of up to two named people.

The venue calendar gives the housing desk the surrounding November load. Arnold Hall carries Florida Gun Shows on November 7 and 8 and the Construction Ready Skills Challenge on November 19. The Fuchs Pavilion carries the South Florida Plumbing & Mechanical Trade Show on November 5, Feria de las Americas on November 13 and 14, and Harvest in Miami on November 21 and 22.

The rate, the cut-off, the block size and the shuttle arrangement stay unpublished on every page this piece read. The organiser's phone line is 855-800-2184 and the venue's expo director answers on (786) 315-5266. No page publishes a housing or group-sales contact.
