The Living Proof Miami Crusade runs four nights on the Miami-Dade County Fair grounds, Sunday 7 February through Wednesday 10 February 2027. The venue calendar gives the nightly window as 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The ministry builds its volunteer sign-up around a team. Its crusade form takes a lead and up to four people serving alongside, so five is the group size the paperwork supports.
Four nights, no weekend night
Attending or serving all four services takes Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Departure falls on Thursday 11 February. The span holds no Friday night and no Saturday night.
A group that wants Saturday 6 February adds a fifth night, which is the only weekend night the run can carry. That Saturday is the second day of the Tri-County Volleyball Challenge across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Fuchs Pavilion, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille.
The run ends before the next cluster. The Miami Grit Classic opens on 12 February and runs to 15 February. The Miami Winter International Open runs 12 to 14 February in the Fuchs Pavilion.
Admission is free with no registration, per the ministry's crusade pages. Seating is first-come, first-served.
What a group asks for in writing
The ministry publishes no group rate, no room block, no booking code and no cut-off date. The venue calendar links to mariomurillo.org for the rest.
A group rate, a cut-off date and a cancellation term each come from the property. Ask for all three in writing before the group signs.
Getting the team to the gate
The grounds sit at 10901 Coral Way, Miami, Florida 33165. Miami International Airport is 9.0 road miles away, a 20-minute free-flow drive on the OSRM routing read at this gate.
Services start at 6:30 p.m. nightly and close at 9. A team serving a night arrives before the start.
Book the four nights. Put the Thursday departure in the group's paperwork.
