Wekfest Miami Is the Tour's Only East Coast Stop

Six 2026 dates, one on the East Coast. Miami runs Sunday 6 December indoors at the Fuchs Pavilion, and a club needs one room-night on 5 December against it.

Wekfest runs six dates in 2026. Miami on Sunday 6 December is the only one on the east coast.

The tour page lists Nagoya on 3 May, San Jose on 28 June, Seattle on 26 July, Chicago on 6 September, Los Angeles on 20 September and Miami on 6 December. Miami closes the tour.

The tour's only East Coast date

The organizer's Miami page calls the show "the Tour's exclusively east coast event" and states that it brings "the top builders, brands, and enthusiasts of the Southeast states under one roof".

A club officer with members across the Southeast works from one national date in 2026. The other five stops sit in Japan, California, Washington and Illinois.

The floor runs 1:00pm to 6:00pm. The hall is the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion at the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition Center, 10901 SW 24th St.

Wekfest describes the event as completely indoors and open to all ages.

One Sunday sets the hotel nights

A Sunday show puts the club's arrival on Saturday night. A member needs a bed for the night of 5 December to stand on a 6 December floor.

The venue dates the show a day earlier. The Fair Expo upcoming-events list carries the row "Wekfest Car Show, Dec 5, 2026" against the Fuchs Pavilion. The organizer dates it 6 December on its Miami page, its event information page and its ticket checkout.

The checkout is where a spectator pays. A room booking keyed to 5 December arrives one night early for a 6 December ticket.

For a hotel group desk the booking is one room-night, 5 December, for a club that meets on a Sunday. The organizer publishes no room block, so the property holds the date and the headcount.

Vehicle entry runs through a screening panel

Every vehicle on the floor passes a selection process. The car registration page states that all vehicles must participate in the screening process in order to exhibit.

A panel of judges conducts that screening. The page describes the panel as judges with decades of experience in the automotive field.

The car registration page lists Miami as open for registration. The same page lists Nagoya and San Jose as closed.

The organizer publishes no club entry, no club class and no club parking area on the pages read.

The vendor row carries the sourcing

The Miami page states that over 200 exhibitors take part. The same page names the four categories on the vendor row: parts manufacturers, detailing brands, apparel labels and creative studios.

A club officer planning a build season can put those four categories on the trip sheet. No exhibitor list is published on the pages read, so a member cannot check one brand's stand before the door.

What the organizer publishes for lodging

The site navigation carries Home, Schedule, Tickets, Car Registration, Vendor Registration, Media Registration, Guidelines, Contact, About and Store. It carries no lodging page.

A read of the Miami page, the event information page and the event guidelines page returns no hotel, no room block, no rate and no shuttle.

A club booking goes direct to a property. The officer holds the date and the headcount at the point of the call.

Miami International sits 8.67 miles from the grounds at 10901 SW 24th St on a routed drive. That route takes 21.2 minutes at free-flow speed.

The room the show occupies

The Fuchs Pavilion measures 49,000 square feet. The venue lists an approximate capacity of 6,920 and a ceiling clearance of 23 to 26 feet.

The building carries air-conditioning, a sound system, a show and box office, two food service areas and public restrooms. A covered walkway connects it to Arnold Hall.

The venue lists nearby parking and prints no rate for it.

The organizer sells general admission at $30.00 with a $2.53 fee. A club of ten spectators budgets $325.30 on that price.

The door rules that change a packing list

All patrons are subject to search. The guideline page prohibits large bags, luggage and musical instruments, and it permits personal backpacks and bags.

In and out privileges are permitted. Outside food and drinks are prohibited, unless needed for medical reasons.

Admission is free for children under 12. The rule requires a paying adult over 18 to accompany them.

Three items for a club officer

Book the night of 5 December against a 6 December ticket. Put each member's vehicle through screening before the travel booking is paid. Carry the bag rule into the packing list for the camera gear.
