A 500-table floor and a two-night Miami block

Two-day firearms and outdoors show filling Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille at the Miami fairgrounds.

The Miami Gun Show takes the Miami-Dade Fairgrounds on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026. The venue calendar books it into Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille. Florida Gun Shows lists Miami at 500 tables on the page that carries its exhibitor terms.

Those 500 are tables, so a group sales desk reads them as floor positions. The vendor count behind them is unpublished.

Table money settles first

A standard table measures 8 feet. An aisle position lists at $130 and a wall position at $140. Wall placement is not guaranteed, and the promoter says so on the same page.

The table fee carries its own cancellation ladder. A cancellation two weeks or more before the show date carries no fee. A cancellation inside two weeks carries 50 percent of the table fee. A cancellation on the Friday or Saturday of the show carries 100 percent, and a no-call no-show carries 100 percent plus the rolling deposit held on file.

That two-week line is the first date a group sales desk needs on the calendar. It sets the latest date a crew can commit rooms without a 50 per cent table charge.

Friday carries the arrival

Setup runs Friday 6 November from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. That is six hours, from early afternoon into the evening.

Saturday carries a second setup window, 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., which closes half an hour before the gate. That window suits a crew that drives in at dawn.

Both days are worked. The exhibitor terms state that vendors must be at the show both days, and that leaving early requires prior notice and the consent of show management.

Friday night is the arrival night for a crew that builds on Friday. Saturday night holds for every crew on the floor. The block runs Friday 6 November to Sunday 8 November, two nights with a Sunday morning release.

Badges turn tables into heads

The badge rule gives two badges with the first table and one additional badge for each further table. One table brings two people. Four tables bring five. Ten tables bring eleven.

Badge holders work behind the table. The promoter bars badges for friends, family members and customers, and requires the badge to be worn through show hours.

Run the rule to its ceiling and 500 single-table vendors would carry 1,000 badge holders. Dealers holding several tables pull that number down. A desk sizes the block from the table count, then replaces the estimate with the crew's own name list.

Ask for the list before quoting a rate

The promoter publishes no hotel, no rate, no block code and no cut-off across its home page, the Miami event page, the exhibitor page and the FAQ. A crew that expects a housing list has to bring one.

Two shapes reach a desk. A crew that travels on one list books as one block, with one cut-off and one name list. A crew of independent dealers books one room each, and needs a rate published where each dealer will find it.

The block total is the badge count multiplied by the two nights. Subtract the local vendors who drive in and keep the rest.

The buildings a crew works in

The venue publishes 77,940 square feet in Arnold Hall and Reilly Coliseum, an approximate capacity of 7,460 and a ceiling clearance of 20 to 26 feet. The building specification lists air-conditioning, a sound system, a show office, a meeting room, public restrooms and an in-house restaurant and dining area.

The meeting room answers a crew briefing. The show office answers a paperwork problem on setup day. The dining area answers a lunch without a drive.

The venue lists nearby parking for the halls and 22 acres of asphalt on the grounds. A published parking charge for this show does not exist on either site.

Nine weeks later the floor repeats

The venue calendar lists the same promoter on 9 and 10 January 2027, in Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille. A crew working both Miami runs works two blocks, because the table ladder and the two-week line apply to each show date separately.

The November week carries other business on the same grounds. A plumbing and mechanical trade show takes Fuchs Pavilion on 5 November. A tattoo convention takes Arnold Hall from 13 to 15 November. A skills challenge takes Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille on 19 November.

The ask list

Quote Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November, and give the property the Friday setup window as the arrival spread.

Ask for a rate each crew member can book on their own, or a block rate with a name list. Set the cut-off on or before two weeks out from 7 November.

Confirm the Sunday release. The floor closes at 5:00 p.m. on 8 November, and the promoter's armed security line runs through teardown that evening.

The promoter answers questions on (407) 410-6870 from its Apopka office. The venue's Fair Expo Center director answers on (786) 315-5266.
