Housing Runs Through MCI USA
PASIC 2026 runs November 11 to 14 at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis. The venue forecasts 5,200 attendees. The society's FAQ reports over 7,800 people attended PASIC in 2025. The first figure is a venue forecast for 2026. The second is an organiser count for 2025. The two figures measure different editions.
Group housing routes through MCI USA. The society's travel page links to mcievents.com/pasic2026/, and that site names MCI USA the official housing provider. The gateway carries five routes: individual reservations, a group block request, modification of an existing reservation, group reservation management, and hotel descriptions. A rooming list template sits on the same page.
The group block request form covers ten rooms or more. It is a Passkey request form titled "Attendee Requests," owned by MCI USA. Its published window runs 8 November to 16 November 2026. The request deadline printed on the form is 18 September 2026, and that date has passed. The form was published 24 March 2026.
The form states the mechanics in its own words. A planner enters the number of rooms needed per night, and enters zero for any night not required. The form states room blocks are confirmed on hotel availability, and that a comparable hotel is substituted when a preferred property is unavailable. Bed type and other special requests go in the form's special requests field. Confirmation arrives from info@cvent.com, per the form.
Five room preference lines publish with rates on the form. Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown lists one king bed with pullout sofa at 244 dollars single or double. Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown IUPUI lists one bed and two beds at 185 dollars. Homewood Suites Indianapolis Canal IUPUI lists one bed and two beds at 195 dollars.
Sixteen Properties, $158 to $252
The individual reservation block holds 16 properties. Published rates run from $158 at Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown Convention Center, 535 South West Street, to $252 at JW Marriott Indianapolis, 10 South West Street.
Rates exclude tax. Every property states 17 percent tax. Hyatt Regency publishes a Downtown District Fee of 1 dollar per night plus tax. Hyatt Place publishes a 1 dollar Economic Enhancement District fee that is also taxable. Embassy Suites publishes a district fee of 1.17 dollars. Every property states that a cancellation at least 72 hours before check-in avoids a one night room and tax charge.
Two cut-off clocks are published. Fifteen of the 16 properties carry a close date of 2 November 2026. The Westin Indianapolis carries 11 November 2026. Its reservation access date is 21 October, where the other properties publish 19 October.
Seven properties sit inside a quarter mile of the event on the block's own distances. The Westin Indianapolis is 0.03 miles, or 43 metres on foot. Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is 0.07 miles, or 119 metres. JW Marriott Indianapolis is 0.12 miles, or 191 metres. Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is 0.18 miles, or 282 metres. Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown is 0.18 miles, or 295 metres. Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown is 0.23 miles, or 378 metres. Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown Across from Circle Centre is 0.24 miles, or 381 metres. The block publishes each distance in miles and each walking distance in metres.
The block's inventory window opens 8 November at six properties and 9 November at ten. It closes 16 November across the block. The Downtown Inventory Around The Block
The venue publishes the city inventory. Downtown Indianapolis holds 7,100 hotel rooms. 4,700 of them connect to the Convention Center by skywalk. 200 downtown restaurants sit within walking distance. The airport is 15 minutes away.
Visit Indy publishes a connected count on its own basis. Its meetings pages give 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms connected after the convention centre expansion, and more than 10,000 rooms within walking distance. The venue count and the Visit Indy count use different bases, and each carries its own publisher.
The society's travel page states it works with select downtown hotels to secure prices and locations for the stay. The same page describes a network of skywalks linking downtown hotels to the Convention Center.
The Same Week At The Venue
The venue's event calendar lists six events for November 2026, and each is filed against both buildings. The National Science Teaching Association Fall Convention runs 4 to 7 November. The Monumental Health and Fitness Expo runs 6 November. The Midwest Healthcare Engineering Conference and Trade Show runs 8 to 10 November. The IU Health Leadership Development Institute runs 10 November. PASIC runs 11 to 14 November. The ASHA Annual Convention runs 19 to 21 November.
PASIC shares its week with the Midwest Healthcare Engineering Conference and Trade Show at the same venue. A group holding rooms for the PASIC dates competes with that conference for the same downtown inventory.
Group registration pricing is published on request. The society asks groups to email membership@pas.org and publishes no rate for it. Online registration closes 29 October.
