The event and its published scale
The Performance Racing Industry Trade Show runs Thursday 10 to Saturday 12 December 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, 100 South Capitol Ave., Indianapolis. The organiser's attend page publishes 40,000-plus motorsports professionals and 1,000-plus exhibitors for the three days, and its FAQ reads over 1,000 exhibiting companies in 3,000+ booths with attendees from 72 countries. The venue forecasts 67,500 and describes more than 1,000 exhibiting companies across more than 750,000 gross square feet.

The housing route and the room list
Visit Indy Housing is the only official housing partner PRI names, and the organiser publishes a booking alert against any other company claiming that role. The 2026 Show Hotel Map lists 36 Indianapolis properties. Thirty-five carry a starting rate. The thirty-sixth, Signa by Hilton Indianapolis, reads Coming 2027. The band runs from $161.00 at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown to $299.00 at the InterContinental Indianapolis. The median is $201.00. Rates are starting room prices in US dollars and exclude local sales and occupancy taxes.
Distance bands to hold against a rooming list
Eleven of the 36 carry the skywalk marker, which the map defines as connected to the show by elevated skywalk, typically one to two blocks. The block counts read one property at one block, seven at two blocks, four at three blocks, two at four blocks, nine at five blocks and one at 1.5 miles. Twenty-five of the 36 sit on the skywalk or within four blocks of the hall.
The floor and the ceiling of the rate band share a distance line. The $161.00 property and the $299.00 property both read two blocks, and the list orders by product across the whole roster.
The cut-off and the terms around it
Reduced show rates are not guaranteed after 13 November 2026. PRI Housing takes no deposit when the booking is made direct, and every PRI room includes complimentary Wi-Fi. The shuttle and the properties it reaches
The complimentary shuttle picks up curbside on Maryland Street with turnarounds about every 30 minutes at peak. Thursday 10 December runs 6:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday 11 December runs 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday 12 December runs 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. No service runs in the middle of each day: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
Route 1 serves four airport properties: Wyndham Airport, 2544 Executive Drive; Delta Hotel Airport, 5860 Fortune Circle West; Hyatt Place Airport, 5500 West Bradbury Avenue; and one stop shared by Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn at 5220 West Southern Avenue. Route 2 serves Embassy Suites Plainfield, 6089 Clarks Creek Road, and Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport, 2501 South High School Road.
The destination inventory underneath
The venue states 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis, 4,700 rooms connected to the Convention Center by skywalk, 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance and 15 minutes to Indianapolis International Airport. The skywalk-connected figure is 66 percent of the downtown room count the venue gives, and the eleven skywalk properties on the PRI list sit inside it.
The booking calendar around the show
The venue's event feed returns eight records for December 2026. The Big Ten Football Championship FAN FEST takes 5 and 6 December, four days before the PRI opening. NCNMO Platform 26 runs 24 to 28 December. The remaining five records are a luncheon, a ball, a graduation and two one-day conferences on 17 December.
What the route leaves unpublished
The map and the organiser's hotel page carry no per-property room count, no pickup pace and no block size. The rate ladder gives a starting price and a distance band per property. A planner holding a rooming list against it has the roster, the skywalk split, the entry rate and the 13 November cut-off, and prices the rest on request.
