Three expos inside one Fairgrounds window
Renfro Productions runs three consumer expos inside a single ten-day window at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center in Indianapolis. The Ford Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show and the Indiana Motorcycle & Powersports Expo both run February 19-21 and February 24-28, 2027. The Indiana Deer, Turkey & Waterfowl Expo runs February 19-21 and February 26-28, 2027.
The organiser publishes all three windows on its own show hub at indysportshow.com. That page carries the words "Now TWO Weekends" beside the hunting expo. The hunting expo's own site repeats the pair, and its six published days come to 49 hours.
The 2026 pricing block on the show's own pages names the prior editions as the 71st boat show, the 31st Motorcycle & Powersports Expo and the 28th Deer, Turkey & Waterfowl Expo. The 2027 logo art on the same site reads 72nd, 32nd and 29th Annual.
A group order starts at 15 tickets
The group desk prices adult tickets at $13.00 for ages 13 and above and child tickets at $10.00 for ages 6 to 12. The minimum order is 15 tickets. The page states that orders for fewer than 15 tickets will not be processed. The contact is Candice Geyer at 765-400-5006.
Fifteen adult group tickets total $195.00. The same fifteen at the box office rate of $16.00 each total $240.00. The published gap is $45.00.
The box office table prices general adult admission at $16.00, children aged 6 to 12 at $10.00, and children aged 5 and under at no charge. A two-day ticket costs $26.00. That ticket is good for any two separate-day adult admissions across all three expos and is limited to one entrant scan per day.
Both the group block and the box office table carry a "2026 PRICING" stamp, and the group order deadline reads February 1, 2026. The 2027 group rate and the 2027 deadline are unpublished.
Twenty-four hours, then thirty-nine
Eight public days carry 63 hours of show floor. The first run opens at 1 p.m. on Friday 19 February and closes at 5 p.m. on Sunday 21, for 24 hours. Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 sit dark. The second run opens at noon on Wednesday 24 and closes at 5 p.m. on Sunday 28, for 39 hours. The average show day runs 7.9 hours.
The four weekend days carry 34 of the 63 hours, or 54.0 percent of the floor time. Friday 19, Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 carry seven hours each, and Friday 26 carries eight.
The travel side of the floor
The Travel and Tourism Pavilion occupies 50,000 square feet inside the show. The organiser describes many of its exhibitors as the owners or operators of the lodges, resorts, camps and facilities they represent.
The pavilion description covers travel professionals with destinations across the United States, various Canadian provinces and South Africa. The organiser's exhibitor list for the 2026 edition names Century Lodge, Big North Lodge & Outposts, Cedar Ridge Outfitters, Gold Arrow Camp Ltd, Camp Quetico Inc, Canoe Canada Outfitters, Blue Bank Resort, Conley Bottom Resort and Patoka 4 Seasons Resort, beside state and county tourism bureaus.
On the exhibitor page the organiser reports the survey lines behind that pavilion. It puts 80 percent of attendees gathering vacation information on fishing, camping, hunting and houseboat vacations, and 74 percent likely to make future purchases based on what they see at the show. The same page states that travel destination shopping and fishing tackle were two of the top three reasons attendees came.
Where a group sleeps
The lodging page names five host properties and prints a room rate for each. Best Western Fishers Indianapolis at 9790 N. by NE Blvd. lists $89.00 for a king room and $99.00 for two queens. Homewood Suites Indianapolis NW at 4140 W. 94th St. lists $119.00 and $124.00. SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Fishers at 9698 Hague Rd. lists $99.00 and $104.00. Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Fishers at 9785 North by Northeast Blvd. lists $126.00 and $136.00. Home2 Suites Indianapolis Keystone Crossing at 9104 Keystone Crossing lists $99.00 and $104.00.
Each rate carries a booking name. Best Western Fishers and Homewood Suites take "Indy Boat Show". SpringHill Suites, Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites take "Indy Sport Show". The page states that the listed hotels are the only official host hotels associated with the event.
The guaranteed-until dates read 30 January 2026, 1 February 2026, 1 February 2026, 3 February 2026 and 3 February 2026. Every date falls in the prior show year. The 2027 block carries no published cut-off.
The State Fairgrounds Campground lists 50 sites at $45.00 per night plus 7 percent sales tax, a $2.50 booking fee per site and a $5 dump station. Its own note states that February hook-up is electrical only, because water and sewer are shut off for the winter.
What the campus and the city add
The show occupies the Blue Ribbon Pavilion, Champions Pavilion, Corteva Coliseum and West Pavilion. The organiser's home page gives the floor area as over 750,000 square feet. The venue's event page gives over 700,000 square feet.
Parking on the campus is $10 per vehicle. The venue states the same sum as a facility charge per vehicle for events at the Fairgrounds, taken in cash and credit cards. Main entrances are Gate 1 on 38th Street, Gate 2 on 42nd Street, and Gates 5 and 6 on Fall Creek Parkway. Rideshare drop-off is 3773 Woodland Avenue, through Gate 7 on 38th Street.
Visit Indy publishes 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms connected to the Indiana Convention Center by skywalk, and more than 10,000 rooms within walking distance once the expansion opens.
The shuttle is a weekend tool. The venue states that shuttles run Saturdays and Sundays only, and the show's own site repeats the line as "Shuttle Stop Sat-Sun Only".
The unpublished lines
No attendance forecast sits on any page of the organiser or the venue. The organiser publishes no room-night figure either. The 2027 group rate, the 2027 order deadline, the 2027 block rate and the 2027 cut-off date are all unpublished.
