The show and the group it draws
WWETT returns to the Indiana Convention Center from 22 to 25 February 2027. Informa Markets publishes the show's scale as 14,000+ professionals, 550+ leading suppliers, 20+ industries and 44+ countries represented. The Indiana Convention Center's event page carries a forecast attendance of 14,000.
The conference runs four days. The expo hall runs three, and Monday 22 February is conference-only.
The two clocks a group plans around
Conference hours run 9:00am to 5:30pm on Monday, 10:30am to 5:00pm on Tuesday, 8:30am to 4:00pm on Wednesday and 8:30am to 11:00am on Thursday. Expo hall hours run 9:00am to 5:00pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Thursday.
The floor
The organiser's expo hall page describes over 300,000 square feet of exhibit space and 500+ leading brands. Its home page describes more than 315,000 square feet. The education program lists over 100 breakout sessions, workshops and an offsite tour across four days, with 120+ speakers and accreditation by nearly 50 licensing bodies.
The housing the organiser endorses
onPeak holds the official housing and stands as the only hotel provider the show endorses. Its attendee gallery listed 23 downtown properties when this desk read it on 24 September 2026, at average nightly rates from $169 to $270 and distances from 0.1 to 0.7 miles from the convention center.
The band held on a three-night 22 to 25 February window and on a four-night Sunday 21 February arrival. Four nights at the band's endpoints run $676 to $1,080 before taxes and fees.
The organiser advertises savings of up to 30 percent on 20+ downtown hotels, and its hotel and travel page states that onPeak rates typically average 30 percent less than other travel sites. The gallery publishes group reservation tools, no upfront cost, and change or cancellation without penalty. Neither the organiser's hotel page nor the gallery publishes a cut-off date.
Availability inside the band
A Sunday 21 February arrival showed no rooms at the JW Marriott Indianapolis at its listed $260 and none at the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown at $247. Both held rooms on the three-night window. Staybridge Suites and Tru by Hilton showed no rooms on the Sunday arrival. The Westin Indianapolis held rooms on both windows.
The connected footprint
The convention center's own figures put 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis, 4,700 of them connected by skywalk, and 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance. The skywalk count is 66.2 percent of the downtown count. The venue puts Indianapolis International Airport 15 minutes away.
The city package on the organiser's page
The hotel and travel page carries the destination copy. It states that Indianapolis offers over 300 diverse dining and nightlife options. It describes the four-story Circle Centre Mall, connected to hotels and the convention center. The same page lists a zoo ticket discount of more than 35 percent for show attendees.
International group handling
The organiser runs an International Buyer's Program through the U.S. Commercial Service's Trade Event Partnership Program. The published benefits are pre-arranged meetings with U.S. exhibitors, export counseling, matchmaking, interpreters, a list of exporters in the group's region and a complimentary ticket to the International Reception.
Visa invitation letters are requested at the end of the online registration process, and the organiser advises applying at least 90 days before departure. The show also lists an International Meetup, a Women in Wastewater mixer, a Public Sector Reception and a Welcome Party. The organiser's copy for the 2026 edition places the Welcome Party at Lucas Oil Stadium on the first day of the expo hall.
