Bariloche a la Carta runs its 13th edition from 5 to 12 October 2026 in San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro province, Argentina. The Asociación Empresaria Hotelera Gastronómica de Bariloche organises the event, with the Municipalidad de Bariloche, EMPROTUR and the Government of Río Negro as backers.
FEHGRA published the launch bulletin on 18 September 2026. Daniel Prieto, president of the Federación Empresaria Hotelera Gastronómica de la República Argentina, attended for the national federation. Governor Alberto Weretilneck, Intendente Walter Cortés, productive development minister Carlos Banacloy, tourism secretary Sol Cantera and AEHGB president Martín Lago attended the launch.
FEHGRA states that its member associations represent more than 84,000 hotel and restaurant establishments across Argentina.
What the Week Puts in the City
The Circuito Gastronómico runs the full eight days. More than 90 restaurants, bars and breweries in Bariloche serve set menus at promotional prices, and nearly every menu carries gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, per the event's own site. FEHGRA gives a wider count of more than 100 local businesses across restaurants, breweries, chocolate shops and tea houses.
The Tarjeta de Beneficios BALC carries 20 percent off at participating establishments. The event site also lists promotions for Banco Patagonia cardholders and for QR MODO payments.
Feria BALC runs 9 to 12 October at the Centro Cívico, beside Lake Nahuel Huapi. Producers, chefs, restaurants and small businesses present wines, craft beers, chocolates, smoked meats, tea and preserved foods.
PopUps BALC pairs Bariloche chefs with visiting chefs from Argentina, Brazil and Chile for set dinners.
