PCMA Convening APAC 2026 ran 12 to 14 April 2026 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore under the theme Signal: Mastering Change. The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2026 ran 14 to 15 April 2026 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre. The two programmes shared one venue complex and overlapped by a day.
The Meetings Show ran its third edition in 2026 and Northstar Travel Group organises it. The show reported 1,913 meetings and travel professionals, more than 600 buyers from more than 80 countries, and a 10 percent increase on the 2025 edition. More than 9,000 pre-arranged business meetings took place across the two days, per the organiser's release.
Global Travel Marketplace Luxury Asia Pacific held its first edition alongside the show. Business Travel Show Asia Pacific held its second.
What the Floor Delivered
A curated buyer programme matched buyers to exhibitors, and the co-located shows put travel, business events and hospitality buyers in one building across the two days. Korea Tourism Organization attended for the first time with 21 organisations on its pavilion, per the organiser's release. AYANA Resort Bali also attended for the first time.
Themes Across Both Programmes
The PCMA programme covered AI adoption, workforce transformation, wellness and sustainability, per a sponsored PCMA piece published on 18 September 2026 by Convene Editors. That piece reports a shift toward purpose-led event design and toward measuring outcomes.
Sustainability ran as an operating item. Both events ran an on-site tea bar using herbs grown in the modular hydroponic systems at Marina Bay Sands, and attendees blended their own tea.
The Meetings Show ran a panel on next-generation talent. Chiam Jia Ying, assistant manager of MICE sales at Marina Bay Sands, told the panel that younger professionals want to understand the why of the work.
The Venue Sets the Ceiling
Marina Bay Sands gives the Expo and Convention Centre 1.3 million square feet of flexible space and states capacity for up to 45,000 attendees. Both programmes ran inside that complex, which kept transport, catering and staffing arrangements with one set of suppliers.
