The 2026 edition ran 15 to 17 September
Hotel & Hospitality Expo Saudi Arabia ran Tuesday 15 to Thursday 17 September 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism. Show days ran 4pm to 10pm. The organiser admits trade professionals only, and its site bars visitors under 18 from the exhibition halls.
The venue sits in the centre of Riyadh with metro and road access, per the organiser's plan-your-visit page.
CoffeeZone joined the floor in 2026
The organiser added a coffee hall called CoffeeZone for this edition. Its exhibitor brief covers green beans and speciality blends, roasting and grinding equipment, brewing and espresso technology, barista tools, café fit-out and ready-to-drink products, in one hall built for exhibitors and buyers to meet across the coffee value chain. The organiser's own page puts national consumption at 36 million cups of coffee a day.
The programme around the floor
SaudiHost returns for commercial kitchen equipment, tableware and beverage equipment. The Hospitality Leaders Summit runs across the show days and brings together government, tourism and hospitality figures. The site carries the Hotel & Hospitality Awards and lists a Saudi Arabia Barista Championship. INDEX Saudi Arabia is listed as a co-located event, which places hospitality, interiors and design buyers in the same venue.
The buyers the show addresses
The organiser names hotel owners, operators and developers, restaurant and café businesses, and procurement teams as the show's buyers. Those readers select suppliers for new openings, refurbishments and operational upgrades, which is the sourcing decision the floor is built around.
