Spectrum Miami 2026: Selling a Four-Night Group Package

Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami share 2 to 6 December 2026 at Mana Wynwood. The ticket ladder carries a two-for-one form, and a Wednesday arrival holds the preview and the Sunday close.

Spectrum Miami runs 2 to 6 December 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center. The fair runs five days. The room nights run four. A group sheet has to carry both.

Two fairs, one ticket, one building

Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami run the same dates in the same building. The ticket page sells both fairs under one heading. The all-access ticket names both opening night previews and unlimited access to all fair days from 3 to 6 December.

Red Dot Miami publishes the same hours as Spectrum: noon to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, with the previews on Wednesday evening.

Mana Wynwood publishes a 100,000 square foot air-conditioned convention center split into two rooms. The Event Hall measures 45,000 square feet and the Sound Stadium 35,000. A gallery group can work two programmes and regroup inside one building.

Who the credential covers

The fair lists its trade buyers: art industry professionals, gallery personnel, designers, consultants, art dealers, frame shops and retailers. Credentials are required at check-in. The page states that trade buyers are welcome all fair days and hours.

A group of gallery staff can work the floor at full length on Thursday and Friday. The credential does not expire at midday.

Wednesday starts the package

The VIP and press preview runs Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The opening night preview runs 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and entry requires a guest to be 21 or accompanied by an adult.

A package that opens Thursday loses the preview evening. A package that opens Wednesday holds the preview and four show days, and the arrival night becomes the first of four.

The close sets the departure

Sunday's floor runs noon to 6 p.m. A four-night stay from Wednesday to a Sunday checkout leaves no room on that last afternoon. Two published choices follow. The group books the fifth night, 6 December, and holds its rooms to the close. Or the group returns Saturday evening, and Sunday comes off the itinerary.

State the choice on the sheet. A group that arrives Wednesday and departs Sunday morning has bought four nights and three full floor days.

Ticket arithmetic for a party

The advance ladder carries a two-for-one form. A two-for-one all-access pair sells at $37.51, made of a $35 ticket and a $2.51 fee. A one-day general admission sells at $32.33. A two-for-one one-day pair sells at $16.81. The concession tier for students aged 16 to 20, teachers, seniors 62 and over, military and first responders sells at $27.16 for one day, or $14.22 for a two-for-one pair.

A two-for-one all-access pair costs $5.18 more than one advance one-day admission, and it adds the preview and every show day. A gallery sending two staff for the run reads that line first.

The ticket page carries a coupon code field. The organiser publishes no group tier, no minimum party size and no invoice route. Treat the two-for-one form as the published party price until the organiser quotes otherwise.

Door prices rise on 2 December to $95 for all access, $50 for one day and $30 for the concession tier, before processing fees. A group decision placed after that date pays the door ladder.

Children and the VIP route

Children 15 and under enter free and must arrive with an adult. A collector travelling with family counts the child on the rooming list and not on the ticket invoice.

The organiser runs a VIP relations page for collectors, influencers and industry professionals. The page carries a questionnaire, and it states that applicants may qualify for access to the fairs. A group that includes a collector can route that name through the questionnaire before the ticket order goes in.

Housing has no organiser block

The accommodations section states that online booking sites carry the competitive rates, that Redwood Art Group is not affiliated with any booking site and that the company cannot act as an intermediary. The page names no property, no cut-off date and no group rate.

A group sheet therefore carries a direct request to the property. Send the dates as 2 to 6 December for four nights, or 2 to 7 December for five, name the room count and ask for three terms in writing: the rate, the cancellation date and the deposit.

The organiser's own scale lines describe the group that packages here. Redwood Art Group reports more than 40 fairs across more than 11 years, nearly 100,000 attendees a year and shows in New York, Miami, Santa Fe and San Diego. It publishes no per-fair attendance figure and no exhibitor count for the 2026 edition.

The parking line on the sheet

Onsite parking costs $33 plus tax on all days and sells first come, first served. The ticket runs 12 hours from entry and carries no overnight privilege and no in-and-out privilege. Ten stalls are ADA compliant.

A group that drives needs overnight space at the property. The venue lot cannot hold a car past its 12 hours. Put that line beside the room rate, and put the arrival point for a van or coach in writing before the deposit.
