Coconut Grove Arts Festival 2027: three streets, six hotel partners

The 63rd Coconut Grove Arts Festival runs February 13-15, 2027, along McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive. Six Preferred Hotel Partners carry the block supply inside the walk.

A Presidents Day weekend that fills three streets

The 63rd Coconut Grove Arts Festival runs February 13, 14 and 15, 2027. The dates land on Presidents Day weekend. The grounds follow McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive, and the published address is 2700 S. Bayshore Drive.

Gates open at 10 a.m. each day. Saturday and Sunday run to 6 p.m. Monday runs to 5 p.m.

The organiser places the site just south of downtown Miami, beside Biscayne Bay. Its history page puts attendance at tens of thousands of people across the weekend, on streets the page calls winding.

The venue is the neighbourhood

Three public streets carry the whole event. A group walks the grounds end to end and stays inside the district the festival calls Miami's original art district.

The grounds open onto public streets. Movement inside happens on foot. A delegate group walks the same pavement as the public, because the public pavement is the venue.

Inner Artist adds a fourth address. The children's programme runs at Regatta Park, 3500 Pan American Drive.

A juried roster across fifteen mediums

The festival is juried. Its FAQ turns away craft vendors on that basis and sends applicants to the artist FAQ.

The homepage counters read 275 artists across 15 mediums. The mediums run clay, digital arts, drawing and pastel, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media in two and three dimensions, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, watercolor and wood.

That spread carries the destination case for a group with mixed interests. One delegate walks clay and glass. Another walks photography and printmaking. Both stay inside the same three streets.

The 2027 roster carries no published list yet. The FAQ reads that artist applications closed for 2026.

Six partner hotels inside the footprint

The festival names six Preferred Hotel Partners on its accommodations page: The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, The Mutiny Hotel Coconut Grove, Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove, Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, Arya Hotel & Suites and Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove.

Its copy reads that each property sits steps or minutes from the grounds. Three of the six sit inside the Grove: Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove at 2988 McFarlane Road, The Mutiny at 2951 South Bayshore Drive and Mayfair House at 3000 Florida Avenue.

For a group planner those six properties are the block supply for the weekend. A request of any size splits across the set, and the walk to the grounds stays inside the neighbourhood.

The accommodations page publishes links to each property and no rate. Ask each hotel for the 2027 term sheet before a request goes out.

Programming beyond the booths

Four activations run alongside the artist booths. Arts & Drafts runs a beer garden with La Rubia and live painting beside it. The Stacks is a pyramid built from shipping containers and painted through the weekend by South Florida muralists. Inner Artist holds the children's programme at Regatta Park. Kitchen Combat completes the list.

The Young Collectors Club sits inside Inner Artist and serves ages 6 to 12. A child pays $5 for work donated by more than 100 festival artists.

The programming page states that the schedules it carries are the 2026 ones. Its Kitchen Combat link returns a page-not-found error.

The gate rules a group plans around

Bags run to 12 by 12 inches. Personal chairs, tents, large umbrellas and wagons are barred, with a stroller exception for a wagon carrying a child. Outside food and drink are barred, with an exception for a doctor's note on food allergies and for religious reasons. Glass and cans are barred. Animals are barred, with one exception for a service animal in a vest for identification.

Those rules decide what a delegate carries in. A group of any size plans the day on foot and buys food and drink inside the grounds.

Arrival and the 511 line

The organiser flags I-95 southbound at Exit 1A, the Rickenbacker Causeway, as the congested turn. It recommends 836 West and then 27th Avenue south. It points drivers to the 511 Traveler Information Service for traffic updates.

Parking comes from garages, on-street meters and private lots around Coconut Grove. The organiser tells ride share riders to set Coconut Grove Arts Festival as the app destination.

What the planner sends the office

The festival office sits at 2911 Grand Avenue, Suite 3A, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. The number is 305-447-0401. The general address is info@CGAF.com and the support address is Support@CGAF.com.

Send three questions with the request. Ask which partner properties hold rooms across the three nights. Ask for the group rate and the release date in writing. Ask what the rate covers at each property.

The Coconut Grove Arts and Historical Association produces the festival as a nonprofit. Proceeds fund year-round arts programs, and the association has awarded hundreds of scholarships to students in fine arts programs at local schools since 1963.
