Park West Tower Opens With No Published Meeting Space

A 65-story Park West tower with 456 residences is open, with hotel and day-club components phasing in toward year-end and no published key count.

The record confirms an opening and stops there

E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences shows as Now Open on its project record, which carries a 24 October 2026 verification stamp. The card lists 456 units across 65 floors in Park West. Construction started 11 November 2021 and completion reads 06.26. Hold one distinction from the first call: 456 is the residential count in the card and in the page schema. No key count for the hotel appears on the record.

The team block names two developers, E11EVEN Partners and Property Markets Group, and one architect, Sieger Suarez Architects. It names no operator and no management company. That is the first question of the file.

Three amenities the developer names

The published description names a rooftop pool, a Chopra Spa and a world-famous nightlife venue. It names the unit mix too: fully furnished studios to two-bedroom units and penthouse collections. That is the whole published amenity list. Meeting space, boardrooms, a ballroom and restaurant outlets appear nowhere on the record, so a planner has no published square footage to quote against a request for proposals.

Three named amenities are the published set. Ask for the room-by-room function list and the capacity at each setup before you print a proposal.

Evening programming inside the phase-in

The opening milestone carries the operative sentence for this year. Tower One completed with about 400 deeds recorded, and hotel and day-club components phase in toward year-end, per The Real Deal as cited on the record. The date stamp on that milestone is 22 June 2026.

Phase-in puts the venue that anchors an evening on a schedule the record does not publish to the day. A group that books a welcome reception around the nightlife venue needs the commissioning date in writing. Ask for a dated commitment with a named contact at the property. Ask what the fallback is when the venue is not commissioned on the arrival date.

Space a planner can promise this year

Sell the contract against what exists. The rooftop pool and the spa carry the strongest published claim because the developer names them in the property description. Everything beyond those two and the nightlife venue needs a written schedule, dated and countersigned.

Two more fields sit behind a paid gate on the record. The page shows two milestones free and states that four more dated entries sit behind Pro. Those four would sharpen a timeline. A planner can contract without them, provided the missing dates come from the property in writing.

Three open neighbours inside three tenths of a mile

Ten neighbouring properties sit on the record, all inside half a mile. Three of them trade now and sit inside 0.3 mi: Miami World Tower 1 at 0.2 mi, Miami Worldcenter at 0.3 mi and The Crosby Miami Worldcenter at 0.3 mi, dated 2024, May 2025 and 2025.

Five more are under construction inside half a mile: JEM Private Residences at 0.1 mi for Q4 2027, Legacy Hotel & Residences within 0.1 mi on an undated programme, One West Twelve Residences at 0.2 mi for 2028, 14 ROC at 0.3 mi for 2028 and Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami at 0.5 mi for Q2 2028. Two entries are announced: Palm Tree Residences Miami within 0.1 mi in Park West for 2030 and Delano Residences Miami at 0.5 mi for 2031.

Read that list as inventory depth. A group that books a block here can place a second dinner or a second session in a neighbouring building on foot, and the measured distances give the walk. Three of the ten carry a 2025 or earlier delivery date.

Four items to fix in writing before signature

Ask for the hotel key count and the room types the block is drawn from. Ask which entity operates the hotel and under which brand. Ask which amenity spaces are commissioned on each night of the stay. Ask how access is split between residents and hotel guests at the pool, the spa and the venue.

Each of those four sits outside the published record. Each is a line item that belongs in the contract, with a date and a remedy attached.

Shaping an itinerary around a nightlife anchor

A venue-led property puts the evening inside the building where the group sleeps. The itinerary then runs on two clocks: the daytime session and the late finish. Build the programme with a short walk home at the end and put the seated dinner before the venue opens.

For a multi-night stay, alternate the anchor night with a night in a neighbouring building inside 0.3 mi. The market panel on the same record counts 85 projects in the Miami pipeline and 32,648 residences and keys. The cluster carries dated entries through 2031, and a planner who maps the open three today has a route that holds as the rest delivers.
